Avatar f tn I decided to spend a little more because it lists all kinds of Amino acids both essential, non essential, branched chain and conditionally essential amino acids so I figured that would be the best one to get but my question is this, is there a specific type or amount of amino acids I should be looking for? Next time I'd like to spend a little less and if I know what to look for I could maybe save some money when buying these supplements.
