I am a 36 y o female with Diabetes and Fibromyalgia. I have a lump on my leg that is painful and seems to be spreading as opposed to getting bigger. The pain is going to my hip, all on the right side. I went to the endo doc and he said see primary doc, saw primary doc she said it's just a bruise. t there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication. A second question: She also takes coumadin to thin her blood, and I have read that excelon could cause bleeding. Could there be a drug interaction between these two drugs that may cause internal bleeding to occur? Thank you for your time.

He takes Atacand, Norvasc and Bystalic for blood pressure, Zolof, Restasis for his eyes and an Excelon Patch for his memory. He is very stubborn and refuses to go to a geriatric doctor and his own doctors don't seem to know nor do they seem concerned about what's causing it.

He is delusional, on disability and is taking Zyprexa, Amantadine, Namenda, Cymbalta and excelon patch. Still, he seems to worsen. He now has symptoms of Parkinsons with balance issues. He is 55 years old - much to young to be this dibilitated. He was tremendously active, a college graduate who owned his own business. I just cannot accept that after beating all the odds and surviving we are now dealing with this. Do you have any suggestions?

Drs. don't know where this comes from but believe its from an infection such as bronchitis. My Grandmother has Muscular Dystrophy, 3 aunts, 1 uncle, and 2 cousins have it as well. I've wondered if this is an off-shoot of MD. Anyhow, I awakened one day and I couldn't move and my sister took me to the hospital.

I take Lyrica and Cymbalta and they help with the neuropathic pain associated with the Fibro and Diabectic nerve pain. The Cymbalta helps with a little pain. Side effects for me? I'm dizzy and sleepy in the daytime, but I take other things like Vicodin 750, Klonopin, Flexeril and Ambien, and Paxil. I gained weight with the Diabetes, so I can't tell. But I loved carbs before all of this.

So now I am faced with having to junk it with one of these companies that junk your cars and they will give me 200 dollars for it. I mean it has a nice stereo with 4 good kenwood speakers in it that we don't even know how to take out. So, I have set up for it to be junked for 200 dollars but I am mad. I mean we are going through a hard time, not taking any handouts I am doing my best to pay for my house, 3 kids and a unemployed husband without being a burden on the tax payers.

other support, AND IMPORTANTLY the patient or patients family..... possibly a med such as excelon or namenda could be of help - but let the Docs do their thing once you are comfortable with them......
