I have seen that the main ingredient of restylane is Hyaluronic acid, I have found a topical cream that is 75% hyaluronic acid, I know this wont work as well but do you think this is an option or not even worth spending hte money on the cream.

Hello, I went to the doctor to have a filler injected into the eyes dark circles area, the syringe with the gel (hyaluronic acid) was not new, I know because he took it out of a box but the blister was not sealed, I also saw that the gel in the syringe was not completely full, I saw that he took a needle with a cover from the blister, so I think the needle was new, and he placed it on the tip of the syringe with gel, I am worried that the gel (hyaluronic acid) has been contaminated with the bloo

Ok so i am 20 years old and i took accutane for about 3 months, then stopped due to lower back pain. After much research i found that the accutane dries up the glands that produce synovial fluid that lubricates your joints. Since then i've been taking hyaluronic acid which helps lube the joints.
This has been increased to 40mg but the pain from my hiatus hernia is still present specially in my back and loads of indigestion , starts after breakfast been on these now since a week this thursday but have found that my ankles have swollen and my feet also get wheezy saw from sheet in pills that these are rare side effects so cannot decide whether to go back doctor.or not it is beginning to make me fed up.

Thanks for your response. My doctor told me to go off of durezol and onto Lotemax 2x a day. He also took a look at my retinas and overall eye health and said the increased pressure didn't cause any obvious signs of any major side effects.
Before surgery, I tried all that (restasis for 1 year, xiidra for 4 months, Toyos IPL, lipiflow, gland probing and expressions from Maskin, supplements, dieting, lifestyle changes, doxy, PRP serum, etc).
