They told me when I start to feel it coming on
to try
to breathe deep, lay on my side if I can get
to it and possibly get my feet up...also
to try and snack every few hours especially on fruits and protein. I fainted yesterday while laying down during an ultrasound, I woke up with 3 drs a nurse the ultrasound tech and my fiance all trying to get me situated...hopefully this helps some!
