But today I read that Omega 6 isn't that good as it could counter the effect of Omega 3 and induce inflammation. Now I"m wondering if I just spent 30$ for nothing. What do you think?

I think the medical risks are spread equally, since both men and women go to surgeries and dentists pretty equally, so the difference is more likely occuring due to exposures in the first 2 groups...

Are there any supplements available in the market. I have heard of something about Fish Oil capsules but not sure if thet really help you. If any good fish supplement is available, I can take it for my cholesterol levels. Also if I have to see a doctor for my cholesterol levels, what kid of doctor should I see.
