What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually.

Also eating carbohydrates... ALL carbs raise BG. what does she eat? I eat under 25gr of carbs per meal.

Cut back on carbohydrates, fast food, and exercise more to obtain my goal. The key to a healthy diet is to never overwhelm yourself with extremes because there only destine to fail.
