Cut back on carbohydrates, fast food, and exercise more to obtain my goal. The key to a healthy diet is to never overwhelm yourself with extremes because there only destine to fail.

If you've done the 45mins of rapid walking every day for many months, then your body will have come to accept that as "normal" and will no longer be pushed to lose any excess weight. You need to change up your routine a little bit every 4-6weeks to see results, so maybe join a fitness or dance class, or take swimming lessons, or go for a bike ride instead of walking!
