February 14 will be my fifth anniversary since I had surgery for clear cell ovarian cancer. Since then I've had chemo and three month follow ups and then six month follow ups. And now I'm down to yearly exams. My question is, do I continue with a GYN/ONC for all my future appointments or go with a NP. My insurance has changed and I have been with many different doc's since surgery.
Dr. Handsfield, I'm at my wits' end with these sore throats and mouth sores for 2+ months I think it's GERD, but intend to follow-up with my GP. Some relief with OTC antacids, but still persists. I have my what ifs and can't focus on rational thinking with these symptoms.
What if #1: I didn't see the condom go on (put on by mouth), but I could feel it. Does it matter?
What if #2: Nipples were sore, what if there was mastitis would this put me at risk?
So I posted here a couple of weeks ago about my wife in her 28th week having low aminoic fluid. Well went for the ultrasound yesterday as a follow up and things have improved. The ultrasound found that the levels have risen and are low-normal, but the Dr said everything looks great and no reason for concern.

I don't know but I have the exact same thing and cannot figure out what it is... theres a number of different things right now though that least me to believe its infection, but the chills are not being caused by any sort of fever my highest temp was also 98.8 ish and my lowest was like freakin 96.4... my temp keeps moving around wierdly and quickly, I mean I'm using a ear themonitor but it usually doesn't do this.
had abd hyst and bladder tie up approx 5weeks ago. had to follow up after 2 weeks but no exam done just questions and answers. no instructions were given to have another follow up, basically seemed like he would see me next yr. i felt like an exam should be done to make sure all is healing well. is this normal to not have a follow up exam done.
