I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
Is there a minimum of information to be included in a Discharge Summary? Mine simply states I was treated for AVNRT of the slow pathway and that it was a success. I asked for more detail for future reference. I am not familiar with all the medical terms so I asked for the "Operation Notes" which I was told were not kept for this procedure. I was given absolutely nothing regarding who performed what procedure (maping vs ablation) - there was a fellow involved.
So I went to my doctor today. The end of every visit I get a summary. Well on this visit it list a diagnoses of Noxious substance affecting fetus or newborn via placenta or Breast milk. I googled this and it came up all about drugs. Which i dont do. I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled and am on pain killers but haven't took but a couple of them. Would that have anything to do with this or what? I'm confused as to why this is on my summary. Any advice is welcome.

But seriously, I would have to say that the answer to your question depends on whether or not there is any evidence of mood cycling before this.
Your family member might want to read up about cyclothymia and hypomania which are milder forms of mood cycling. If you have access to a library I like the book "Why Am I Still Depressed?
Upon having a TEE, vegetations were observed on the posterior valve leaflet. I am due to follow up with my Cardiologist next week, but this whole episode has me really shaken up. I feel FINE! My discharge summary stated "The patient will likely require a mitral valve replacement." I am definitely getting a second opinion from Cleveland Clinic before submitting to surgery. MY question is, is surgery necessary when I feel the same as before the Endocarditis?
But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.

I would like to transfer all my care to my local cardiologisy but the discharge summary only state that I was treated for AVNRT and that they treated the short pathway and they consider the procedure a success and I no longer need heart meds. I have never felt worse in my heart. I wanted to know the locations of the lesions, how many, the duration of the lengths of the radiofrequency, etc.

i am looking for an easy way to be able to print the daily entry, as shown within the Moody Me app on the Summary screen (when you go to edit mood info). This shows mood, emotions, symptoms, treatments, events as well as the journal entry. When I try to print via the website, I can only print this info in to sections

Section 2. Journals
I prefer for section 1 to have the info, not the graph.
