I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
I am a type 1 diabetic who works for a federal agency as a law enforcement park ranger, several months ago I ahad a hypoclycemic episode at work while driving and had an accident, minor injuries, wrecked both cars and now I have to go through a medical review board to maintain my job as a police officer, I have less than 5 years until I retire. I ham looking at any one who may have had a similiar event.
After I delivered the baby four months ago, I suddenly started to suffer from OCD-contamination, especially HIV due to some bad experiences while using the public toilet at my school. I know there were several post about toilet-related questions but I'd really appreciate the doctor could review my questions and answered all of them at one time. Please give some help to a worrisome, anxious, tired new mom. Here are some episodes trigger my deep fear of HIV infection:
Episode 1.
right before I have an explosive bowel episode, I have prickling/itching on my palms, the bottom of my feet, the top of my head. Usually 20 minutes after a meal - any meal. Doesn't matter what I eat. All episodes include explosive diarrhea and cramping. I have also blacked out after the episode. I go each month for a B-12 shot. My body apparently doesn't absorb vitamins well. I have had a B-12 deficiency as well as a D deficiency.
I have a child that on three separate occassions had a high fever and after her fever broke, she had sever calf pain and was unable to walk. The last episode they tested her cpk levels and they were a little over 2500. Does anyone have any helpful information please post.
The Dr immediately concluded that it was a Gout episode and ordered blood tests and an x-ray to make sure no bones were broken or fractured. The blood tests came back with a uric acid level of 7.5; normal readngs for Kaiser are 4.0 to 7.0; I don't remember what the unit of measure these readings refer to though. The other blood results were all normal as was the x-ray. So I was given Colchicine for the next attack along with Prednisone (sp?
I am finding that writing these comments is cathartic and I hope, of value to those who are considering taking action against a dentist..........thinking about my whole episode with the Dental Peer Review Board, I did not use the word LIED....which is exactly what the dentist did....I tempered it with " not truthful" etc......
Many years ago, she knew a physician on your staff who taught patients how to sit down, breathe,etc. in a way that would stop or prevent a violent coughing episode. She no longer knows that person's name. Do you know of any such behavioral techniqus to help with this -- both before and during a coughing episode? Thanks!
The consultant stated that my breasts were ageing, but he wanted to see me for review in three months time, although it would probably take longer for the appointment to come though. As I was very nervous at the time, I didn’t ask any questions.
I am going to see him for a review appointment this Thursday. I was just wondering if you think it would be appropriate to ask for a biopsy. I believe it is fat necrosis, as I only noticed the lump after my son jumped on me.

But seriously, I would have to say that the answer to your question depends on whether or not there is any evidence of mood cycling before this.
Your family member might want to read up about cyclothymia and hypomania which are milder forms of mood cycling. If you have access to a library I like the book "Why Am I Still Depressed?
In 2006 I had 2 episodes of spontaneous bloody nipple discharge from my left breast that I observed on my bra. Again one episode in early 2007. A bilateral ultrasound was unremarkable except for cyst in right breast. My general surgeon said to watch and wait to see if it occured again. It did not.
However, In May 2009 I had one episode of spontaneous bloody nipple discharge from my right breast and in June 2009 a reoccurence (1 episode) in my left breast. Again on my bra.
supraventricular ectopy was 2872, with 5 sv- runs, supraventricular bigeminy events were 197 and supraventricular trigeminy events were 16. st episode minutes totaled 0.
sinus rhythm. no pauses. infrequent ventricular ectopics.
But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.
Hi, I had an episode were I took two drops of breast milk off the girls finger, I read that stomach acid and enzymes kill hiv in the stomach, thing is I take anti heartburn medication which reduces stomach acid, would I still be a zero risk even though i take this and diabetes type 2 medication
