I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
Also, I forgot to ask if you're having any dizziness or lightheadedness. If you are and it doesn't go away after about a week, your bisoprolol dose might be too high and you may need to go back to your Dr. to discuss it.

But seriously, I would have to say that the answer to your question depends on whether or not there is any evidence of mood cycling before this.
Your family member might want to read up about cyclothymia and hypomania which are milder forms of mood cycling. If you have access to a library I like the book "Why Am I Still Depressed?
Hey. So it looks to me that the research suggesting this is pretty new, and there haven't been a lot of studies done to back it up yet. What they've suggested is that the chronic inflammation that goes on with UC and Crohn's somehow damages the endothelium in your body, resulting in some dysfunction. Endothelium lines the inside of veins and arteries, so if the endothelium was damaged or thickened in some way, then it's possible that CAD could develop.
But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.
