I understand some of those people on the show have problems, but when a kids involved you need to get your act togehter. Just my opinion.

Before this pregnancy I used to keep a very very clean house. Like, show room model home clean. And literally I swear the day of conception the lazy a s s switch turned on because i can't think of anything less enticing than sweeping or picking up. Anyone else experienced this? I need to figure something out because I used to be so tidy and I'm only in my 1 trimester and if it keeps going in like this I'm gonna be on the next episode of hoarders!

I have been watching the A&E series on hoarders. Very scary. My guess she won't clean much if she is one. Basically swirl the same chit around into a different pile in a different corner....ya, know?.......If I were you...as horrible as this may sound...you would be doing her a favor turning her into the Humane Society. Normal people don't have 16 dogs and they don't die of disease and buried in their yard...Ya know. Parvo is a horrible disease for an animal to die of.

But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.

Hoarding is a problem they have not you. It makes hoarders keep ppl at a distance. I wouldn't take it too personal. Most ppl in any problem still need ppl around that care.

Oh yes, I saw those!! Did you see the one where the pregnant lady was in the country outside of Denver when her husband went out--- pregnant with a shattered heel so couldn't move? Someone breaks into her house and sexually assaults her before they get there. The guy is serving a major sentence in prison for it. Oh, and when the lunatic goes running through the neighborhood shooting tons of people chasing a little boy???

There is a good episode on now about a man with a morphine addiction. He started his addiction like most of us did with a Dr's Rx. His case he broke his back at work.

There are a lot of new people here and not sure how many of you watch the show on A&E Intervention. It helped me a lot in my early days of recovery and i still watch it the odd time, I am going to tonight. Sometimes it's hard to watch as reality sets in, but it helps me to see. Hi, I stand corrected. Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

NO, CRF A/E does not have a longer window period.

This show definately helps me. Shows you were your addiction could have lead you. Or did lead you for some. Thank God I caught myself prior to getting this far. I couldn't imagine how much harder it could've been getting off of it. Thank you God and everyone else here and in my life for helping me with my addiction!

i have had a weird sensation in my neck, my family doctor has checked my groin for enlargement. i am not sure if i have a concern around my penis yet my neck could have Enlarged lymph nodes there? i don't know. seeing a specialist & trying to remain calm. this sucks. worrying though only makes it worse. I never watched that one either. I watched snooky once with my daughter and she was doing a hand flip in a mini skirt. I looked at my da who watches faithfully and talk about hanging your head in shame. Yes, I did it for her! lol I saw a story about some old dried up thing in a long black wig, boob job, obviously had her lips done cause they took up half her face. Opened a bar somewhere and was the hottest thing around. I just cannot imagine!

Omg! It's getting closer! So excited for you! I've read average of 24 hours after bloody show, but it's not always trye. A friend of min who is due 3 days before me had bloody show last week d and she is still pregnant. Been in with contractions 3 min apart and was sent home due to not dilating.

Hi guys - I've got a quick question that some of you may have experience with. If someone is having a sustained period of PVST and they are hooked up to a heart rhythm monitor at the time, will the PVST show up on the monitor? And if so do you think a typical ER (A&E) doctor would be able to look at the monitor and see PVST if that is what is happening? I'm thinking back to the day my heart issues began...

i just saw previews for the show intervention on A@E and what a flashback i just had. it is about a guy addicted to pills of every kind and cocaine. they show him sniffing lines off a toilet in a bar, how sick. if you guys get this channel check it out tonight, it looked so good. it's on at 8 pm est.

Intervention is a whole series on A&E. they show re-runs on other channels. It has been on for quite a few years now. Where I live it's shown at 8 & 9 on mondays during the regular season which just ended. They have had a few shows with pill addicitons being the focus. Check your local guide you can find re-runs all the time. It is a real show they do real interventions and also follow up shows so you can see how the people are doing. I love that show!!

my father is of age 65 years ,he is suffering fever from last 8 months ,temperature is like 100or 101 degree F mostly occurred.he is taking medicine for high B.P,also he is having suger.when fever will comes ,that time dry coughing will also start contineously.all test we have done .also some times uric acid level is also high side.sometime while passing urine burning sensation is there.he is not eating properly because he is not finding any taste in food.

It could be attributable to a combination of things....the SAM-E, cutting back on sugar, and especially more healing time...the period between 60-90 days clean brought A LOT of improvement for me, too. (oh yea....the SAM-E is referenced in the Thomas Recipe...at least the re-posted one we have here on MedHelp (w/o benzos).

Does it really take a longer amount of time for HIV subtype E aka ( CRF01_AE ) to show up on a test? If so, at what week does it usually show up and does that mean a 3 month negative result is unconclusive?

Its still good to contact a doctor for n e of these experiences. Im a ftm at 33wks. I only know what i know due to consistently being on here since finding out i was expecting.

i drink 1 liter of fresh lemon juice everyday, 2 capsules of VITAMIN E 400 IU everyday, i was in a strict vegetarian diet and I eat 1 apple a day. perhaps you might want to try this diet, it worked for me, maybe for you too. I experienced acute Hep B and now im no longer contagious.
