As for housework and chores, tackle
a little each time. Tell yourself that you are going to load the dishwasher and then take
a break and do something you enjoy. After you do that,unload the dishwasher and then take another break. Then put a load of clothes in the wash. Take it in small increments rather than looking at the big picture. Just work through it a little bit at a time. Also, I have found that action breeds motivation. Those little steps really do add up.
