Beacause I am sure more than half of the US population is not notifying anybody of their oral HSV-1 status and still have oral sex.

I did the Nuvaring and I loved it but I hated taking it out during sex because imo it was slightly uncomfortable during sex. And now I'm on the Paragard IUD. It has no hormones and I LOVVVVVE it. Good for 12 years as well.

I'm a new associate on a business trip in Brazil. As you might know, the sexual culture in this country is fairly open. Me and one of my friends went out to a "massage parlor" and during the encounter I performed as well as received unprotected oral sex from the "masseuse". After that, we had protected intercourse.
How high is the risk of getting HIV from this encounter? I read in most threads that the risk form getting infected after cunilingus is very low.
I want to go back and study physiotherapy, however, my friend thinks that would be too much of an intense career choice for someone with a heart condition. What are your thoughts? I have been dreaming about this career for some time, and now that I have the opportunity to study it, I am having doubts. I feel a bit deflated and saddened by it all.

Honestly the nurses do most of the work, before during and after. the doctor usually just comes in to "catch" the baby. lol. and you are right in saying that you won't care when its actually happening. i thought i was going to be so self conscious during labor having family in the room. but once i was actually in labor i didn't care about ANYTHING!

Please read the posts here by using the search feature with key words like rezoom, restor, crystalens, tecnis multifocal. The crystalens HD would be my vote for a presbyopia correcting implant as long as you clearly understand that you would need to probably wear reading glasses some of the time and possibly even distance glasses sometimes.
