I read that the water needs to be lower than 100F or damage can be done, and other scary things that I don't want to risk! Does anyone have any feedback, experience, or advice? I think limited time at 78F would be fine but I wanted to talk with others first!

Assuming your doctor is okay with your using a hot tub, there is one way to find out for sure what effect it has on your blood pressure. Take your blood pressure right before you get in the hot tub, get in, and stay in a while. Then get out and take your blood pressure immediately -- before you have a chance to cool off. Do that on about three occasions, and if the results are consistent, I think you have your answer.
I dont think it matters how long you are in the bath. The difference between a bath and hot tub is that the bath water will cool down where as hot tub water says at a consistent temperature. I have still continued to use the hot tub though I just turn it down to 100 as that was what my dr said was ok. As for oils I am sure its fine to use them.. maybe dont do a bath once your water breaks though.

Just remember when the time comes for you to feel like ur ready to have intercourse, always use protection. Condoms are 99% protection so u can double it up with the pill.
