I did painkillers every single day for a strait year. On the lowest end, I did 45 mg daily. On the high end, o did 180mg daily. 30 mg got me high at a time, but icould sustain myself with just a piece of that. I decided last week I needed to stop. I was getting too far in and I was broke with a family. This Sunday started the end.
Sunday I did 60mg.
Monday I did my last 15 mg in the morning, around 9 am. Around 4 I started getting chills and took a tiny price of suboxone. (less than 1.5 mg).
FYI: I live approx. 1 hour north of Tampa. Locally, around Crystal River, FL, the charge for a multi focal lens like Tecnis or Restor is between 2000 and 2300 per eye over and beyond what Medicare will pay. Two hours south of me a friend had his cataract surgery and the Tecnis multi-focal lens implanted and was charged only 1550 for BOTH eyes. I called that doctor a few minutes ago, his nurse told me he does NOT tacks on only the difference between the lens.
I got one pair of leggings from Destination Maternity. The prices are high but I scored with the lowest price one. I've been using them throughout my entire pregnancy so far and no need to go get another size yet. I got some dresses from Goodwill, and Marshall's has some cute maternity shirts. Just remember, you don't have to spend a lot on these clothes. Because once the baby comes out you're not going to remain the same size. Good luck!

Im all for just getting things which do their main job at the lowest price and he always wants the expensive things! I bought a Moses basket from a cheap shop and he didn't like it. He wanted the same one but from somewhere else and twice the price, just because he thought it was from a more reliable, reputable shop....it is the exact same thing lol! Ugh. That stinks when you find something that works and you can't afford it!! Can you appeal to the company again to see if you can get assistance? Maybe your doctor could write a letter too? There are shopping websites now for finding best prices on our medicine. Have you tried one of those? GoodRX is an app that you can download on your phone and it provides pharmacy best prices near you and discounts that may be applicable.

If you are just looking for a copy of your financial record, I would suggest calling the office and talking to the front desk. She should be able to copy your financials without any problem. Going in person is usually better though.
