In middle of may 2014 i started to experience frequent urination doctor put me on ciproflaxcin and then doxycycline, so got scared and took a oraquick test which was negative. I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. I am not sure if it is just me stressing out over nothing or if I may have something else wrong. I did not mention the frequent urination to my urologist as my symptoms had cleared up for over a week and I just assumed maybe it was stress enduced. Should I be concerned?

Hey, I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant last week (YAY!) so I would be in my 7 weeks tomorrow. However, I don't really experience much pregnancy symptoms at all, other than frequent urination and light cramping (mostly last week, it's pretty much gone now). Is this normal? I'm worry that I had a miscarriage but didn't know it as I know there are a lot of women that has miscarriage without knowing it. Oh and my first prenatal is not until March 9, ugh!

I have frequent urination (every hr) and burning urethra (sometimes when I am dehydrated) for 4 months now.I have gone thru 20 days of levo,20 days of cipro,1.5gm of azithromycin and finally Cystoscopy 5 weeks back. The result in cystoscopy said mild chronic cystitis.I have been taken vesicare and xatral for 40 days now.I went to see the urologist again and he said he cannot pinpoint what is the root cause yet and it should clear on its own in 1-2 months.

Symptoms do not come on the next day and frequent urination is usually not a stand alone symptom and frequent means like every 10-15 minutes. If worried wait 1 week from the encounter and get tested for gonorrhea, but overall I see no need to do so.
