There are no restrictions in the US (and I doubt in other countries). Plenty of doctors have chronic hepatitis, herpes, and any number of infections. They are not routinely tested, and if tested and found positive, continue their training or practice without interference. As you will learn once you begin medical training, with easy, common-sense precautions, such doctors do not transmit these infections to their patients.

Exams and presentations are the worst with PATM, especially because my school has lectures with upwards of 300 students. A quick and easy thing to do is to cleanse your face right before the presentation; wash in hot water and the really cold water. You could fast, I've found that digesting large amounts food worsens PATM, but this might hurt your performance. The unreasonably loud coughers are the worst part, but you just have to talk louder. I am in a similar boat. I made some crazy mistakes in college and have put myself at risk because of it. All of us had been in college and I'm 20 currently. some of the guys I'd been with between 18 or my age. I'd been told everyone had testing done and that they were negative. I'm going to get tested today but I'm scared out of my mind.

Processed and fast food is horrible for college students. They are full of sodium, fat, carbs, preservatives, etc. Also, stay away from sugary drinks and sodas.
