Now I have a problem with my legs but have not seen any doctor. After being on feet doing laundry or running errands, my legs feel funny. This happens when I am resting or relaxing.

Avatar f tn But over the past week, every so often if I step on my foot a certain way, I get a slight pain in the area where my toes start, almost like a joint needs to be popped pain. I may feel it if I run or try to do jumping jacks. The area feels like it needs to be cracked a lot and when I do, it temporarily relieves the feeling and then it comes back.Other than that, there is no pain if I walk on it or press on it or flex my toes or anything. No swelling or redness.
Avatar f tn I have been noticing lately that often times, while driving I will get jumping movements in my right leg. My leg and foot are extended to reach the gas pedal. It doesnt hurt when this happens. I just notice that my leg is trembling or jumpy. Is this clonus? Simple muscle fatigue. Doesnt have to be a long drive or extended period of driving for it to occur.
108334 tn?1253644395 There are a lot of little bones in the foot. I had a hair line fracture of the foot that healed on its own. Some are more serious. But they'd have been looking for that. Is he swollen? You'd think sprain too but you'd notice swelling. I'd say he just hurt it and it isn't back to normal yet. Give it another day and if you are seeing no improvement, then call the doc. Also, side note. These are those teachable moments.
Avatar f tn I find that if I put some time of pressure on my legs or just moving a foot back and forth eases it and soothes me enough to fall asleep.
Avatar n tn I was watching TV with my feet on the ottoman. I moved my left foot (just a small movement) and it is like my ankle caught! Big pain, and I felt like I couldn't walk or move my foot! I did try to "walk it off", thinking it could be just a catch in my foot, but it didn't help. I couldn't hardly lift toes off the ground, but I could rotate my foot back and forth from side to side.
Avatar m tn He was dangling with his foot caught in it and screaming in pain. We opened the lid and he got out. His hind leg instantly swelled and there is a sore on it from where it was pinched. He seems to be walking on it, but you can tell he's not putting a lot of pressure on it. He's jumping up, but again, you can see that he favours the other foot. It's still quite swollen. He let's me touch it and examine it.
16263822 tn?1446538000 several years it would appear on a rare occasion and not too strong. But recently, a couple of days ago, i really stressed my foot with jumping repeatedly and than bham! horrible reeealy strong pain, just as the one i described but stronger! i thought it will go away so i kept walking but it proved to be persistent. Avatar n tn I can't move my foot without pain and I can't walk without limping. I told my mom as soon as I saw the bump and she got the ice originally. Im on the couch on my laptop with ice on it and I'm massaging the area every few minutes. It is helping but the bump is VERY tender and I can't touch it. Should we be worried?

Avatar f tn Hi penquinz, go to a Poditrist (foot doctor) don't waste your time with a pediatrician there not foot doctors. i've had 6 surgeries on my left foot and 1 on my right foot. i go to a foot doctor and not my primary care doctor. your daughter may need an MRI. MRI's are used to find soft tissue damage.
Avatar m tn Its definitely more intense in my right foot (the one with the bubble) then my left. But there is only pain when running/jumping. Sometimes I slightly feel it when walking down the stairs but its very light, maybe its even in my head. Help.
Avatar n tn Hello, I am someone who loves to workout, and I tend to train pretty hard. I'm 31, 6'4" tall, and weigh about 245 lbs, but a lot of that weight is muscle. I've been into body building for the last 10 years or so. I usually run 3-4 miles daily on a treadmill and lift weights about 5 days per week. 1308443 tn?1302693321 Last night I did a front flip on the trampoline and when I landed on my back my right heel came down hard on my left foot. I thought it was fine and kept jumping. When I jumped it felt like someone stabbed my foot. I went inside and looked at it. It was swollen and bruised. So I iced it. I got up this morning and I can't move the toe next to my pinky and whenever I put any weight on that part of my foot it hurts really bad. The top and bottom of my foot are swollen.
Avatar n tn Yesterday, I saw a foot and ankle surgeon about pain in my left big toe. Films showed a sesamoid fracture, non-articular bone spur outside the joint, and plenty of arthritis. Recommendation was surgery to remove bone fragment and shave off spur when pain was troublesome enough (which it is today). I am a martial arts instructor, which requires me to work barefoot, with intermittent running and jumping, approximately 4 hours per day six days a week.
Avatar f tn My 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is experiencing pain when jumping on the furniture. She yelps every time she jumps up or we pick her up. This has been going on for 3 weeks. x-rays show nothing, no arthritis. My Vet doesn't have any ideas. I put her on cage-rest for 1 week thinking it was back pain, but that didn't work. Please help!

Avatar f tn U have to take ur toes n bend them up yo ur hips just the foot n it gets rid of the pain. My doctor said its due to lack of potassium and water in the muscle. The baby ***** nutrients out of every part of the body. Including ur muscles. Eat bananas and drink water. It reduced my pain n when I still get them , I bend my toes up to my hips n it stretches my calves and makes the horse stop kicking lol.

Avatar f tn Foot pain can become chronic and debilitating. What you see outside of the foot or feel in pain may not really matter if you have an instability within the bones or muscles of the foot that needs to be addressed. Just my thoughts. It sounds like you would like a second opinion which is certainly reasonable.
Avatar m tn ......mostly it depends on if the cat is in pain or not...if there is pain than you can't just leave as is... I would really get an opinion from a Vet at a clinic, its pretty hard for anyone to assess her without seeing her..... the joint would of course be very prone to arthritis..if not already than certainly as she ages.
