Today I was at the gym and after taking a shower I walked barefoot back to my locker. On the way back I stepped in what I believe to be blood (the color and texture were the same as blood). I was hoping someone (preferably an expert) could tell me if I'm at risk for HIV. I know it does not survive outside the body however, what about in a pool of blood? I have a few small, couple day old cuts on the bottom of my foot. I am very worried and hope to hear back from someone soon. Thank you.
It could be oral Herpes, or hand, foot and mouth disease. Both will clear up on their own. If it is hand foot and mouth disease, you may also have a rash on the palms of your hands, and the bottom of your feet, and this can be caught by walking barefoot at a pool, locker room, etc. It mostly affects children, but has appeared in young adults.

While at the health club in the locker room, I stepped and cut my foot on a used BIC disposable razor. The razor was all ready used and contained hair,dried skin and little blood drops on it that appeared dry. I have read that sharing razors can cause the spread Hep. Was I at risk for Hep? Do I need testing?

Would they let a man in a womens locker room?? I think if she is going into a man's locker room then SHE needs to realize that is THEIR place and she is a guest. Kind of like the old vegas saying....what happens in a locker room stays in a locker room!! She is the one who put herself in that situation so as far as i am concerned she needs to be able to deal with whatever comes her way(minus sexual contact).
Ok, so I have seen people mention that they clip coupons and I periodically see stories on tv where a person is able to cut a $200 grocery bill down to $50 by using coupons! How is this done and where do you get the coupons from? Do you have any internet sites you would recommend or do you get coupons from another source?
I developed fat pad atrophy a year ago and wore birkenstock sandles during that time which did me little favors. I would do calf stretches on steps with them which may have hurt my arches, (maybe). During all that time I shifted my weight mostly onto the ball of my foot rather than even on the heel because it hurt too much and inflamed the problem.
This might be lame.... But a coupon book? You could do things like "get out of diaper change for a day" or "free foot rub" or "favorite meal for dinner". I know it sounds lame but when the baby comes it gets tough to find time for just you two. So that could help. I just wouldn't put in too many coupons or you'll be exhausted fulfilling them. Haha just an idea.
Does anyone else experience uncontrollable and unwanted erections in the locker room/showers at the gym? Or at the doctors getting a physical? Quite embarassing.....Any help?
Similac and Gerber both send out coupons for formulas but Similac actually sent me bottles, coupons for bottles, and sample cans of formula. You don't receive any of the coupons or anything until you are close to your due date. I just googled free baby items and a ton of pages had info on what sites to go to for free items.
Another idea is to go on the diapers websites pampers huggies so on and sign up for coupons. Also if u plan on formula feeding u can get coupons for those too! I used gerber for my daughter and they would send me 5.00 off and so on and as she got older they sent coupons for baby food as well. I know some other baby formula company's also do the coupons if u want something other then gerber.
