Maybe you could add a serving of yogurt and a couple tbsp high fiber cereal or some berries? Have you tried a scrambled
egg with spinach, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, sweet peppers, etc? Or even a hard boiled egg with a slice of whole grain toast and serving of yogurt?
Your nuts and fruit for lunch isn't enough, unless you're eating a lot of it; in which case, while nuts are very good for you, they also contain a lot of fat, so amounts need to be limited.
