my stats seem to go up and down so I only have to take it now every 2 wks. It is unknown whether filgrastim (Neupogen) increases or decreasses an individual's risk of developing cancer. Do you mean filgrastim? And are you saying Dengue fever? It would be a surprising though perhaps not impossible use of filgrastim. I really like Irish names, particularly ones that are not used much any more, even here in Ireland. My friend's little girl is named Fia and it means 'deer' or 'wild thing'. I also love Saoirse (meaning freedom), Gráinne (a derivative of the word of love), Roisín (meaning little rose) Reiltín (means little star) and Aoife. You'll have to look up pronunciation of all of these online, as the Irish language has a completely different set of pronunciation rules to English.

The name is cute. ... as for pronunciation people may get confused how to pronounce it because of the I.....I would think you could say it 3 ways ale-onna, ale-anna or alayna. I agree with huluhutgirl on the pronunciations - it really depends on your intentions. From experience I encourage you to choose a name that isn't confusing or requires constant correction in spelling or pronunciation. As a recipient of such a name, it's frustrating even after all these years.

Filgrastim is also prescribed as pegfilgrastim (called Neulasta). My doctor used the 500 neutrophill count as a cut-off, so every time I got down around 500 I used Neulasta. The interferon drops neutrophils and platelets. Some people can do okay with low neutrophils but just as many end up with kidney and sinus infections, etc., that make you even more miserable.

It sounds like you don't like the name 100% but feel obliged to use it. Maybe in that case, you would be able to use it as the middle name and not the first name? Then the spelling wouldn't matter that much. I am not too big on giving a kid a name that is said in the usual way and trying to make it "clever" or "unique" by changing the spelling.

Could b unisex.....I just love out the box names....I think with a strong middle name it would a great fit.

Doesnt seem that hard to me. My whole life my name has been pronounced wrong. My parents are the first to correct people. If its someone i will never see again i just let it go. My friends and others in my life need to get it right though.

d go with the more common spelling of Sebastian, just because it will change the pronunciation. I like all of your name choices, but you might also think about what nicknames are likely to come from them...some of which you might not like as much. My mom named my brother Rafael and loved the full Spanish pronunciation, and spent his childhood telling people, "His name is not Ralf!" lol.
