i went to the hospital and the doctor said that i have urticaria, she prescribed me a medicine called fexofenadine. the med is very helpful everytime the rashes appears, i just take the medicine and the rashes will gone but i have to take it everyday, i dont know if this medicine have side effects.
Side effects to ALLEGRA (fexofenadine hydrochloride) include body pain, headache, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea are the common side effects of this medication. Others are nervousness,sleep disorders or paroniria, and hypersensitivity reactions urticaria, chest tightness, dyspnea, flushing, pruritus and rash. Discuss your symptoms with your consulting doctor he may change the dose or the medications.

Now I am taking Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 180 mg (1+0+0), Montelukast 10 mg (0+0+1), Mizolastine (1+0+0) and Avamys (Fluticasone furoate) Nasal Spray. I also have taken Deltasone (Prednisone) (1+0+0) for one week at this month. Is the medication alright?
Is there any way to cure fully?

My nose blockage is getting better (one nasal passage is open most of the time) but I have also developed slight phelgm in my throat (i.e throat mucus).

Thank you so much for responding. Yes I do take suppressive therapy, but at times I do forget to take the pills which I know is a problem. I have some hormonal issues when I have my monthly period as well, which I know contributes to the EM. I went to the doctor today and had a well woman check up and they suggested I also go to a dermatologist. They gave me a script for Valtrex, not the generic form, to see if that may make a difference. I certainly hope so.
As a result I am suffering from hayfever/asthma and typically do each year from 20 October to 20 November and pretty much to those dates. At 34/63 weeks on tx it certainly is adding an extra dimension to my sx's but still upright. I have found it necessary to take 180mg of 'fexofenadine hydrochloride' an anti-hystermine I guess. I'm worried that the medication and perhaps the allergy itself may affect my UND status. Any thoughts, experiences or research would be appreciated.
I am on medication Monteluckast-10mg once daily, Fexofenadine-180mg once daily, Budamate rotacaps-400mg twice daily and Nasal Spray- Azelastine and FLuticasone. I have chest pain in the right side of my chest, it is like piercing something from inside and tightness in the upper part of the chest.

1. Increased vascularity is noted in the left parahilarand right paracardiac area.

I have scabs all over my body which are itchy. The itch is intense and even more so when I rub the skin. The skin gets red around the scabs at the end of the day. Taking a shower is an ordeal. It's really hard not to scratch and so I just rub the scabs but there's no relief.
They are spreading and there's nothing working. I mean the creams against itchiness work when I apply them but the scabs are not getting less itchy nor less small afterwards.
i have been taking fexofenadine and use triamcinolonne acetonide cream but nothing seems to help. I cant sleep or sit still. I scratch until i bleed and then the hives turn into little scabs all over my body.
I already see the spealist dermatologist and already test blood test and shown like nothing wrong in result.And when i take the medicine , the rash are disappear and after i stop , the rash are come again. I feel so stress for this itchy rash and also not happy fully at all time.Please help me what am i wrong to get this rash and itchy.
Could sleep apnea be connected to migraines headaches and also can hypertension be connected to sleep apnea along with restless leg syndrome?
Hello, my upper lid of the left eye has been swollen for the past 2-3 years. I went to numerous eye doctors they all prescribed me eye drops from allergy, but the swelling never went away. Sometimes I don't feel like it is swollen, although it is, and sometimes I feel pressure on my eye. There is no bumps and my eye is not red. Is there anytihng you can suggest?
ve been having allergies for a really really long time now and there making my life hell, i get runny nose(which will last for ages) sneezing, tingling in my nose (start of the sneeze) and stingy eyes, these happen anywhere i go, sometimes when i go for a shower and rub my eyes when water gets in them they start up, ive tried over the counter tablets hayfever stuff now im on fexofenadine 120mg tablets, can anyone help please??

Can you please tell me who advised you to use otrivin nasal drops for such a long time. You have developed a condition called "Rhinitis Medicamentosa". It can be treated with oral and topical steroids only, along with oral antihistaminics (such as Cetrizine/ Fexofenadine). Any more doubts you are welcome.
For your congestion you can try taking mucolytics( like Bromhexine), antihistaminics (like cetrizine or fexofenadine), saline nasal drops to clear of the mucous and Antiinflammatory (Ibuprofen). Also do steam inhalations 2-3 times / day. Drink plenty of warm water and take bed rest for one or two days. Hope this should reduce your symptoms. If it is not subsiding please do consult your physician.
I an new to anxiety and now my blood pressure is 158/98. I had Gestational hypertension with my son but that was at 27weeks I'm 14+5 right now and wondering if it's anxiety or if it's Gestational hypertension at an earlier time.
I had done mri year back and it showed infection in forehead and cyst on left side of face....i am taking nasacort and fexofenadine hcl for months and tried other antihistamine also, but the symtoms persist....i am a liver patient with conginetal hepatic fibrosis and 31 years....liver enzymes r normal....should i take antibotics if so which one and dosae and days? And what else can i do....

If you think, what you are having in your ear is fungal infection then you should stop the Ciprofloxacin ear drops first as it will worsen your condition. Take some antihistaminics (for eg. Cetrizine/Fexofenadine) and meanwhile you can try with some antifungal ear drops (like Candid ear drops) but my sincere advice is to consult an ENT surgeon, in case it happens to be a fungal infection then the debris will have to be cleaned.
