Choroid plexus cysts (CPCs) are cysts that occur within choroid plexus of the brain. The brain contains pockets or spaces called ventricles with a spongy layer of cells and blood vessels called the choroid plexus. This is in the middle of the fetal brain.
I personally think it's selfish and foolish to drink during pregnancy. Your putting your baby's health at risk and fetal development during the first trimester is crucial. Any alcohol use during pregnancy can result in a child being born with FASD. To me it's not worth the risks.
But more importantly, once she does become pregnant, low thyroid hormones will definitely impact the developing fetus. The earliest stages of fetal development is the time when it is most critical for the mother to have sufficient thyroid hormone.

First u/s and blood test on 9/24. The u/s showed a sac and yolk but no fetal pole. HCG level 28,100. 2nd u/s on 10/6. The u/s showed a sac, yolk and now “a group of cells which is the baby” (they did not use the term “fetal pole” and I’m not sure if it is the same thing or not). But now there was no hb detected. A midwife told me there was a “100% chance” my HCG levels would come back lower. My HCG level came back at 48,100. At both appts baby termed “non viable”.

I thought maybe i had felt some around this time to but, turns out it was my own heart beating in my belly due to extra blood flow. I hate to sound discouraging :(

Puberty occurs in two separate stages, genital (penis and testicle) development and pubic hair development. We number each of these stages 1-5, 1 being child and 5 being adult. That means 2-3-4 are the stages of puberty. Depending on your development, a number is assigned to genital development (G) and a number is assigned to pubic hair development (P).
For example, if you have just started growing hair you might be stage P2. It's possible to be P2 and still be G1.
m 6 weeks pregnant at the moment and i thought everything was going find until i got a call from my hospital telling me they needed to schedule me for an earlier appointment because when reviewing my ultrasounds they saw a problem with the fetus development. does anyone have any idea what this can mean? I did the Vicks on bottoms of feet for my coughs too, but it didn't cut it for me. I ended up taking Robitussin AC (with codeine). Robitussin is safe, codeine will slow down fetal heart rate. But it's temporary. You have to weight the benefits against the risks. For me, my cough was causing my placenta to tear more (I have pre-existing subchorionic hematoma, the cough was so bad and made me bleed a lot more).
m aware that it will result in advancement of cataracts, which I already have, but in early stages. The surgeon would prefer to perform the cataract surgery now as well, as he predicts I'll need it within two years if we perform the vitrectomy.

The baby only measured 1cm which from my research isnt as big as most are this far long however Im not panicking about that as Ive been told all fetal development is different. If you break embryonic and fetal development into thirds then when you are in your 28th week the baby begins its final third of development. (Gestation is 266 days or 38 weeks of development). So either way you look at it you are in your 3rd trimester!
