The baby only measured 1cm which from my research isnt as big as most are this far long however Im not panicking about that as Ive been told all fetal development is different. Ive also taken some comfort in how nauseated ive been which to me is a good sign, but not so fun! So as of now I am relaxed and excited!!

Sounds like the growth of baby is progressing normally, the only thing I hadnt heard of either was the "tail". Below is a complicated quote that mentions the growth and then regression of the "tail" during early fetal development. Do you have a follow-up US to monitor things? Worried about my dd height... Former 26 wk preemie, birth weight 1 lb, 11oz, 18 inches long. Now 13 yrs old, 4'7", 71 lbs. has never been on the growth chart. Below the 5th percentile...very small/picky eater her whole life...breast development has begun (wears 34 A bra, has both pubic and underarm hair and alot of pimples. I think period will be next BUT I am so afraid she is not getting taller.
She is very sensitive about her height at school.
3rd u/s and still no development, no fetal pole seen and i am 10 weeks now according to my LMP. Thank you all for your advise and concern, tomorrow is the DNC, i guess i knew what was coming over the last 2 weeks so i feel prepared.
There is feeble faint heartbeat with fetal development, but doctors are concerned as the baby din show any progressive growth since last 1 week. Only the fetal pole has started showing more prominently. I am very worried. This is scary as i had a spontaneous abortion in only 5 weeks few months back. I wont be able to take a second blow. Request you to give some insight. I have been given a week to observe. I want it to happen.

During my 25 week ultrasound it was noted that the female fetal head was lagging behind in growth (about the 8th percentile) while the rest of her body was growing normally. Now at 28 weeks her head is still behind in growth (one measurment three weeks behind and the other four) while her body is measuring normal for 28 weeks!
