For me I don't really care the months break down I'm 27+1 I have 12 weeks and 6 days or 90 days give or take left so about 3 months, I don't care about the conversion I just care that I'm about to meet my baby boys in about 12 or 13 short weeks and that I'm in my last trimester finally.

4 months, 2 weeks and 3 days. Unless you are going by the lunar calender, you would be 5 months && 3 days. Cus people that go by the lunar calender, add 2 weeks to their pregnancy, the 2 weeks they had between their last period and the time they conceived.

Yes it is very confusing! You are technically pregnant for 9 months but its actually 10 lunar months. 1 lunar month is 4 weeks. 40 weeks is normal term for pregnancy so you can reach 10 lunar months. But 40 weeks actually works out to 9 months. Hope this helps!

BUT I am in China where we are not allowed to find out the gender of unborn baby by u/s. You know when I was having u/s. I asked. But the doctor just refused to tell me. Do you know which way can predicte/ find out the sex of unborn baby? Did you ever try anyway to predicte it? How was the result? I heard some ways as 1.checking the shape of gestational sac 2.Chinese lunar calendar 3. the shape of belly But it seems no one is 100% right. Do you guys know any better way to predict?

I can tell you, From experience that a baby's heart is fully developed by week 18, which is why doctors do fetal echos between 18-24 weeks, it's the soonest they can visualize the heart without the bones getting in the way or "shadowing" it, and also the latest for them to detect holes and other issues. There are many cases when a baby has a hole or two early on and as the baby grows and the heart continues to grow the holes close or get smaller on their own.
