Sorry to bring a goat question in, but a fellow breeder and I raise meat goats. We butcher goats all the time and always check all the organs to make sure everything looks as it should. Well, the last 4 goats we did, had really enlarged soft hearts. The valve was very big. Nothing like we had ever seen.

OK folks, I could use a little encouragement. I'm 9 months post RAI for a toxic nodule. I thought I was doing pretty well on Levo until 2 weeks ago. I had vertigo! Pretty scary if you've never had it before. I must have looked like one of those fainting goats. Every time I sat up, I fell over backwards. It only lasted a day, but I've been dizzy ever since.

I am due to start my period 5/7 but started cramping heavily yesterday( I NEVER start my period early) to the point of near fainting. I also began a tiny bit of spotting of what looked more like a dark discharge rather than blood...the bleeding is flowing more but still not like a normal period. I have been feeling a tingling sensation as if something is pushing on my bladder over the last few days.

My family and I had just gotten a pair of two pygmy goats a few days ago from a nearby auction house. We got a younger goat (about 2-3 months old) and a younger adult goat (about 8 months). They are just getting used to people now and i noticed that up close, the 12-3 month old had greenish discharge coming from his nose. He's been sneezing quite a bit latley and i dont know whats wrong with the little guy! please help!

We used them on military bases forty years ago, particuliary around ammunition and chemical storage bunkers. A regular mower could not be used. These were often irregularly shaped high mounds. The idea was to have six foot of earth over the explosives. The goats would climb on them and keep the weeds down, which helped with security.

s said that you can get a gender scan at 17 or whatever weeks, does that mean in gestational age of the baby or the week of pregnancy because, pregnancy is counted at the beginning of your last period. When I went in for my first sono it had been 10 weeks since my last period but the baby was only in it's 8th week of gestation which obviously makes sense. So, do I have to wait till the baby is in it's 17th or whatever week of gestation to find out the gender or just in the pregnancy?

I don't know much about pygmy goats, as we only have boer goats (a large meat goat breed). I can tell you from my experience with the boer goats, they do tend to cough occasionally regardless of their age. At least with our goats the coughing is normal and has not ever been a symptom of any health problem. Hope this helps.

If you menstrual cycle started on March 28 you would only be 6 week you start the gestation period by the first day of your last period.

Hi there, I am a 36 year old single woman who has always suffered from severely painful periods that sometimes include fainting. Just yesterday it happened again. This time though, it came suddenly. No pain, no warning. I AM due to get my period but haven't gotten it yet. But, yesterday i had a sudden fainting spell followed by about 20 minutes of torturous pain. I am not on birth control and have not have kids yet... I have made an appt. with both my gyno and doctor. What is up with me?

given that i had a miscarriage last sept 6, 2010, last two weeks ago, i had a positive result of pregnancy test. i havent got my period back from miscarriage, and it's almost two months. how do you count the gestation age then?

Hi, I’m 22 and I started my periods when I was 14, they were fine easy periods with no real cramps. Some when in the next year I started fainting on the first day of my period including sometimes throwing up. During the next few years it got worse, to the point I would faint then have to stay lying down for over 10 – 20 minutes at a time. During that next 10 hours I would throw up continually until I would fall asleep with exhaustion.

Recently i realised that the last couple of times i have fainted or felt like fainting it was the day my period was due...and when i look back i think it may have been the same with previous times i have fainted. Does anyone else have this problem???If so what do you do.

If I was deemed 6 weeks 5 days pregnant on NOV 17 ( through vaginal and abdominal ultrasound) , that would mean my gestation period started OCT 1. How is it possible that I had my period? I am pretty positive my boyfriend is the father.. I dont think it is possible that my gestational period started OCT 1st by sex I had on Sept 4. So could the ultrasound be off by a couple of days? one more thing, my periods are usually irregular give or take a few days every month.
