OK folks, I could use a little encouragement. I'm 9 months post RAI for a toxic nodule. I thought I was doing pretty well on Levo until 2 weeks ago. I had vertigo! Pretty scary if you've never had it before. I must have looked like one of those fainting goats. Every time I sat up, I fell over backwards. It only lasted a day, but I've been dizzy ever since.

I saw a programme on T.V the other night about the Roman Emporer Hadrian. The expert on there remarked that they knew the cause of his death was heart disease. This was because a bust of Hadrian showes that he had deep creases in the lobes of his ears. Is it a fact that creases in the lobes of your ear indicates heart disease? I am very well, no blood preasure etc but I do have high cholestoral levels. Howerer I do have a deep line on both my ear lobes.

Sorry to bring a goat question in, but a fellow breeder and I raise meat goats. We butcher goats all the time and always check all the organs to make sure everything looks as it should. Well, the last 4 goats we did, had really enlarged soft hearts. The valve was very big. Nothing like we had ever seen.

My family and I had just gotten a pair of two pygmy goats a few days ago from a nearby auction house. We got a younger goat (about 2-3 months old) and a younger adult goat (about 8 months). They are just getting used to people now and i noticed that up close, the 12-3 month old had greenish discharge coming from his nose. We used them on military bases forty years ago, particuliary around ammunition and chemical storage bunkers. A regular mower could not be used. These were often irregularly shaped high mounds. I don't know much about pygmy goats, as we only have boer goats (a large meat goat breed). I can tell you from my experience with the boer goats, they do tend to cough occasionally regardless of their age. At least with our goats the coughing is normal and has not ever been a symptom of any health problem. Hope this helps.

Poor baby. I had a cousin like that. He couldn't handle his mommy's milk. He also couldn't handle any type of formula he eventually had to be put on goats milk.

I haven't tried a goat soap but don't think that would help our condition. The goat cheese on the other hand doesn't work with me but I'm fine with goats milk. No side effects. But I seriously don't like the taste of it. Rather switch to rice or oat milk.

I need everybody's help on this. So I live in Indonesia, and me and my family butchered a goat. Hi, This has happened to me 4 or 5 times... you may have "vasovagal syncope" (situational fainting) and it's likely related to the low oxygen on the airplane... I usually get it after I've fallen asleep for a few minutes, on the way up (I've not gotten it on descent)-- you breathe more shallow when you sleep, so get even less oxygen (and it's low on airplanes to begin with). I wake up feeling sick, get up, and pass out near the bathroom (never usually actually sick).

His favourite food is muscles (which I had once in a restaurant) and goats cheese (again had on a couple of occasions!) Planning on doing the same with this one, have had one date night since 12 weeks and enjoyed a goats cheese tart!

might be a Weird question but is it safe to drink goats milk while pregnant?

The risk of listeria in soft cheeses and raw milk has me scared.

Any advice on what formula to use when switching from breastmilk? I'm going to gradually introduce it. Just nervous as to which formula is thinner like breastmilk. Thank you.

had slipped disc and was dragging his leg......i gave him a head/ear massage....and a butt scritching.he was leaning on me and said ahhhhhh that feels good!

His recommendation stay on a strict dairy free diet for three or four weeks and see if it works. BTW since I have not had any dairy, no head headache, runny nose, blurry eyes none of the above, even my knees stopped hurting. AM I GOING CRAZY????

three times on tuesday none on wed. once on thursday none on friday three times saturday and Yesterday. He has no fever, and nothing is different when he does throw up. It is now projectile ... It just flows. 1st dr said it was a virus ( on tuesday ) ...it's not. 2nd dr said it was stomach spasms gave him medicine and it didn't work AT ALL. Has anyone ever heard of this before? i can say it's not spit up. It is EVERYTHING in his stomach that comes out.

I started fainting when I was 5 (30 now), due to anxiety... I have fainted at least 60 times in my life since, it's so frustrating. The first time I passed-out was when the monkeys came and took Dorothy and Toto in the Wizard of Oz, crazy I know ~ since then it's ranged from fear of needles, watching other people get injured, getting my ears pierced, seeing a bear rug as a child, the list goes on and on.

whats your blood work look like? how long have you been on tx? are you on triple tx?...yes the meds can make you faint....maybe give more info for more help...

the first time i faint was on my first day in Gym, which the coach assured me its natural ! then after few weeks i got a feeling that i can't take my breath to the max capacity of my lungs but those symptoms went away after a couple of weeks ..

My heart was beating fast I fell down n went to the bathroom splashed water on my face n it happened again. I called my bf at work n he told me to go in the bedroom to put the ac on it worked I was ok a couple mins after sitting in the ac. but has anyone ever had this happen to them? So this afternoon I laid down on the couch I fell asleep so I decided to go back to bed I stood up and walked about 6-7 feet and everything went black and I had to hold myself up on the wall my knees were wobbling and I almost fell over. I know that getting light headed is common in pregnancy when you move from laying down to sitting or standing to fast. It just scared me that everything wen black and I almost fell.

I lost my balance and fell into my friends car then hit the stone driveway on my back, almost hitting my head on a pointy rock. they rushed over and took me inside and i relaxed and felt better except for the pain from hitting the ground. this time it was different than the other.

I'm 18+4 today I went to payless nd was feeling fine. I got up to the counted and suddenly I'm dizzy, really hot and shaky my ears start ringing and my eyesight goes black, next thing I know I'm on the floor with my best friend leaning over me asking if I'm okay. It was really scary. I sat down for a little bit and drank somewater and was able to drive myself hhome. I called my ob and they didn't seem to worried said it was a pr etty common side effect of pregnancy.
