She is no longer in business, and every naturopath that I have seen since has avoided this method. They will usually sell me a bunch of crap supplements that do nothing more than placebo. I recently saw one that did a hair mineral test on me, and then told me to ignore all of the supplements that were recommended by the lab. She then sold me a couple of crap supplements, and told me that this was all I needed.... Yet they have no effect on me. So I wasted 295.00$ on the hair test.
I recommend if you need to test to have a hair mineral analysis, as only 1% of the magnesium is found in the blood stream. So a blood test won't show much of anything conclusively.
Transdermal delivery is safe,nonetheless, as the body absorbs

Deficiencies on the other hand are extremely common, with Magnesium being involved in over 300 different processes.
On the other hand Mg toxicity is not common at all.

yesterday i went for medical exam for visa work where dr told me protien presence in my urine is postive in urine analysis report .he said i should consult specialist but when i told him that i had an open surgery for appendicitis he said this might be the reason and i should wait 1 month more and do urine analysis again if again positive consult specialist afterwords.

Well if he pulled out and went back in before peeing there is a chance that the precum has sperm in it. I've been using the pull out method for 5 years. So far so good. As far as the fingering thing, I believe it's possible but not a high chance or anything.
