THe Liver Institute tried to get me to participate in the Omega
Duros trial for r/r and I declined. I had previously researched the Omega interferon and decided the SVR rates were not high enough. The study involved inserting something under the skin to release the interferon at a constant rate over the course of the trial. That may have been a good idea, but if the drug itself was not better than the alpha interferon a and b, why bother. Sooneatstuff is right - do your homework first.
