Exelon patch is on back order from the manufacturer until October 24. What alternatives are there?
t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
My husband has been prescibed the the 9.5 exelon patch but we still have a supply of the 4.6 patches. With them being so expensive can I use two of the 4.6 patches at the same time until we run out?
can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?
She has since tested negative for H Pylori, and has been taken off Razadyne(24 mg ) for memory problems, put on Exelon (6mg patch), then taken off it after two weeks and more nausea. She has been off the Exelon patch for 72 hours, and still experiences nausea when she moves about.
Still puzzling and frustrating. doctors are stumped (still) and I am feeling worthless because I cannot help her kick the nausea or find the cause.

Never had a problem until now. He started with temp memory loss and the doctor put him on 2 Exelon Patches per day to help him with the memory loss and also he now on Oxcarbazepine 300 mg. My question is with him taking these two type of medications he is still having seizure and cant sleep. Me as a mother do know what to think and do to help him. Can someone help me with this.

Her neurologist doesn't think the medicine is the cause of the nausea, though it could be aggrivating whatever is causing it.

I need some help interpreting my labs. My TSH was .09, my free T-3 was 2.3, my free T4 was 1.2, ferritin was 60 and vitamin D was 56. My endo says I am hyper. Any suggestions? I have been having random aches. I know this can be a symptom of hyper and hypo.
Can someone interpret how my Labs look? 4 months on .50 mcg Synthroid. Hashimotos with goiter/nodules.

Thanks. I've ordered her a test for the saliva cortisol - an all day test. I know the adrenals can effect the thyroid, but could it effect her thyroid enough for the last third of her to eyebrows virtually be missing? I've only seen that as a symptom of hypot, but I would have thought her labs would be more questionable. I'm still new at trying to figure these things out, so I didn't want to trust the "normal" that I've heard so much about in forums.
got all my labs back from md for physical and alt and ast and enzymes are all very normal plus cholesterol..had liver dr appt today and waiting tosee if i cleared.. anxious... Pray for me..
Just an update had my 2nd set of labs Tuesday and see my doc on Friday. My doctor does my labs every 4 weeks is that normal i hear some people memtion that they have them every 2 weeks? Also, i hear alot of people mentioning their ALT and AST levels and i am floored by how low they are my are extremely high AlT when i started was 360 and AST 330 does that mean my liver was more taxed?
) Should these labs be done at certain intervals? Also with the PTU should I be having my liver enzymes checked? I don't think my md has ever checked them. Another question--my Grave's was diagnosed by Nuclear scan--is this a sure way to diagnose Grave's? I had asked for my MD if he was ever going to do an antibody test and he finally did and I was told by his nurse that it came back negative. Does this mean that I don't have Grave's or what?
Has anyone had any experience with Medical Diagnostic Labs in Hamilton N.J? I know Igenex is the preferred Lab but my doc sent bloodwork to M.D. L. Any thoughts?
In my 11th week of triple tx (Vic). Did my labs this morning and most things looked good . One thing I was hoping somebody could chime in on. My AST jumped from 41 last week to out of normal range to 59.First time it's been out of normal in 5 weeks. My ALT was 41 still inside the normal range, but also up slightly from 38 ( avweek ealier). Any concern with these type of flluxuations in Alt and AST numbers? Also, what is the Alt Phos numbers mean? Thank you for the posts !!!
just got labs back. I have a viral load of 4.6 mil down from 32 mil only a month ago, Also alt and ast up from low 90s and mid 80s to 273 and 160. The question the same blood drawn on the same day, one vial lft test the other fibrosure, alt's different on each. one says 273 the other is 340. How can that be? Good news is fibrosure is no fibrosis but .89 for necro activity score. Any opinions why there is such a change so quick?
where do you find your TSH and T3, and T4 levels on your labs? I recieved them today from my doctor we went over them of course they were all low as is my calcium (no parathyroid) I asked for my labs because I was going to talk about them with you guys, but I cant find them. Does it say something different I wished I would of asked him were to look. also, he was also concerned about my WBC 13.1 H and my absolute neutrophils 9524 H but not to concerned to look further into it.
I remember you too and was thinking of you... I know its a challenge with cardio issues to raise that T3 level to relieve Hypothyroidism and we discussed age - if I remember right - which doctors are leery of when that is something.
Is your doctor and you talking about the T3 level you're at right now?
