t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?
My wife aged seventy, has had a persistent nausea problem since about February 2008. She wakes up in the morning and feels fine...until she starts to move around. The nausea stays with her until she has some food and liquid in her stomach. Many times, it subsides, but comes back when she moves around again. All her tests EGD, Cat Scan, MRI, etc turn out normal. Hida Scan showed her gall bladder to be very small and only 10% operative, so she had it removed about two months ago.
I have had my gallbladder out for over 10 years now and am still experiencing the pain and stomach trouble I had before the removal. I have chronic pain in the RUQ and chonic nausea which does not go away with food, drink, or meds. I am currently on Kapidex for GERD and have recently been diagnosed with diverticulosis. I also have an underactive thyroid which I am taking synthroid for.
It is still on trial ,the 3rd trial is coming up, it has been tested at Aberdeen University in the UK,I have heard it will be approved and on the market in 1- 2years, I have a relative showing early signs and I went to the site,I put' Remba' in and there is information there ,it sounds like the best break through yet, I feel very hope.fulIt also states that people who have it severly find some improvement .
But the simplicity also allows people to become complacent or to ask for that little treatment pill they show in the news report without question, which we know all doctors are so well educated on treatment (insert sarcasm here). By the way, that treatment pill they show is Adefovir.

so I was in the mall all day . Shopping with my sis from 3-9 . I started to feel cramps but I said to myself it's normal . Although it was more painful than usual . I go home I go to use the bathroom I notice my panties felt wet I look down and I had blood all over them . I looked in the toilet and it was blood also . No clumps . But it was enough to look like I got my period it was a lot .
I'm in the hospital for a possible induction today because my daughter is measuring at 33 weeks and 3 days and I'm 35 weeks and 3 days but haven't heard any news of what they r going to do besides let me take a shower and get me walking around
i put a bun in my moms oven and told her to check in there and she did and she said "its a bun" and asked a bun, where? She replied "in the oven!" Took her a few seconds to get it and then she finally did....
I've been trying for 3 long years and I am do OVER each month of disappointment. I have no children and my husband does and it's so hard to think it will ever happen for us. I can't say anything to make it all go away or make you feel better but I can tell you that I finally had to realize that I am doing all I can by seeing my doctor and specialist and it's taking it's sweet time but we are slowly moving forward.
@imany It's a difficult situation because we live in different countries. My parents are Russian and don't speak English and live in Moscow, and me and my husband live in Kenya and he is Zimbabwean and doesn't speak Russian.. So it's tricky... They don't have a relationship i'd say... They only saw each other on skype a few times ...
