I will continue 2 more weeks of physical therapy in the hopes of lessening the pain even further. My question is, when can I safely resume playing golf? I am an avid tournament golfer and Spring has sprung finally in NE Ohio. I have several tournaments scheduled and need to begin practicing as soon as possible. However, I do not want to make my condition worse. Obviously, I am trying to avoid surgery. What are your thoughts? Thank you!
Exelon patch is on back order from the manufacturer until October 24. What alternatives are there?
My daughter has been in the Jr Golf out at the golf course that her grandparents belong to. She has done so well.She has been playing since age 6..She"s 12 now. So last night, she had a tournament called "Glow Ball".They play 5 holes then it gets dark and they play with glowing golf balls... They take the really skilled 18-hole players, the 9-hole players and the 4-hole players and put the 3 on a team. There was about 20 teams..
So, I had PT yesterday which really kicked my butt.
JP Holmes just announced he will be playing in his first tournament back first week of Dec - hes already playing rounds of golf daily and recovered quickly.
t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
Hmmmm, I just do not like golf. I know this is not about golf, but well since Teko said what her first thoughts were, I figured I would share mine. lol
Why do politicians like golf? Is it because its so slow they find it relaxing? Is it a status thing so they force themselves to play to be part of the IN group? Not trying to be mean to anyone who golfs, its just that I have always wondered what it is that people like about it?
My husband has been prescibed the the 9.5 exelon patch but we still have a supply of the 4.6 patches. With them being so expensive can I use two of the 4.6 patches at the same time until we run out?
Recently I have touched his chest each time he tells me and in the last week it has been almost every day! it feels like a golf ball pounding out of his chest. Have been to the Drs twice this week and hospital once. We are going to be referred to the same surgeon as his sister. My question is, in the mean time, should he continue with his many sporting activities? We have been told to carry on as usual, but I don't think the Drs realise just how energetic he is!
I had a quadruple cardiac bypass procedure performed on 8/8/2011. I had no symptoms whatsoever prior to my procedure; however, a treadmill EKG revealed 1-3 mm depressions of the ST segment during exercise at approximately 8 minutes. I felt totally fine during the treadmill test, even though the EKG indicated otherwise. A resultant angiogram revealed left main disease, which then resulted in my quadruple bypass procedure.
can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?

She has since tested negative for H Pylori, and has been taken off Razadyne(24 mg ) for memory problems, put on Exelon (6mg patch), then taken off it after two weeks and more nausea. She has been off the Exelon patch for 72 hours, and still experiences nausea when she moves about.
Still puzzling and frustrating. doctors are stumped (still) and I am feeling worthless because I cannot help her kick the nausea or find the cause.
Really looking for help here. Any will be gratefully accepted.
he has his state qualifier tournament in 7 days and i dont want to keep him out of this if he is safe to participate.his dr. has not restricted him from participation but, being an extremely concerned parent i do not want to put his safety at risk either. please advise me of what my next step should be and also please share your opinion with me about continuing to participate in wrestling. thank you for your time.
Okay so long story short. I played in a pond hockey tournament about 3 weeks after receiving unprotected oral. Woke up a day later after the tournament with the tip if my penis red and a little swollen, burned when I had to urinate. Left it for a couple days no improvement but didn't get worse. No discharge. Went to docs. Said it was a yeast infection gave me some cream and took a urine sample. Condition has improved but not fully. Been applykng cream for four days now.
inspite of that i did not go to the doctor because i got a zonal tournament on october. i played the tournament with the injury but it was my luck that i did not get more injured.but still i couldnt hit shots but jst run with the ball and pass.
1 month late i again ran in an athletic meet eith the leg.it was totally normal.
but now also running is not a factor.i am not able to bent my leg outwards because of the previous injury.
So basically I play basketball and we had a tournament and my team lost our game and we only got 3rd place. Ever since that I feel like I could have done more and I’m very stressed that my season over and I could not help my team more. I am not depressed but really upset. Mostley that our season is over.
In late October, I had an important soccer tournament where I played through my asthma by using my nebulizer. During that week, my chest was tight and it sometimes hurt to breathe. Now, in January, my asthma has died down but my chest is still tight. I can go on runs still but the middle of my chest above my sternum is constantly tight. In addition, my throat near the Adam's apple seems to have pressure and it helps to burp.

My daughter who is now 16 years old was diagnosed with Daily Persistent Headaches in June of 2006. Her symptoms of her headache started on April 30th. She had just come home from a golf tournament over the weekend, and that Monday morning she was not feeling well. Achy, nauseated with vomiting, dizzy and lightheaded. By Wednesday she had a horrible headache. Located on the left side above her eyebrow. The headache is still there.
