Exelon patch is on back order from the manufacturer until October 24. What alternatives are there?
t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
The doctor called me at 5 the next day and told me that I was fine. Is it normal not to counsel people on this or get these results so quickly as I thought the standard antibody tests had to be sent out?
My husband has been prescibed the the 9.5 exelon patch but we still have a supply of the 4.6 patches. With them being so expensive can I use two of the 4.6 patches at the same time until we run out?
can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?

Still puzzling and frustrating. doctors are stumped (still) and I am feeling worthless because I cannot help her kick the nausea or find the cause.

Never had a problem until now. He started with temp memory loss and the doctor put him on 2 Exelon Patches per day to help him with the memory loss and also he now on Oxcarbazepine 300 mg. My question is with him taking these two type of medications he is still having seizure and cant sleep. Me as a mother do know what to think and do to help him. Can someone help me with this.

Her neurologist doesn't think the medicine is the cause of the nausea, though it could be aggrivating whatever is causing it.

Here in our Community we advise patients to make these kinds of decisions on the advice and counsel of their Oncology Team as well as any other Physician involved in their particular situation. We also usually advise that searching on the Internet for such information is not a good idea for several reasons .... stats are very general and very few persons can understand all the research language as they shouldn't be expected to unless they have had an extensive Medical Education. Yes, you will need to be checked for heart valve disease, which can accompany an ascending aortic aneurysm. Either the surgeon or your PCP should be able to refer you to a cardiologist. Your surgeon should have extensive experience in aortic surgery and not just in "general" vascular surgery. It is also highly preferable if your cardiologist has a special interest in valve disease. Treatment outcomes are good for people who get expert care.

t gone to get tested. I asked my general practioner to test me in nov and I got a voicemail saying I was positive but not to worry because they didn't know which one I was positive for. I didn't call them back, which I should have. Then I had some pain and what looked like blisters on my labia in April, with body aches, fever, and horrilble headache and went to my gyno. She said it looked like herpes, they did a culture but it came back negative.
