Can a perispinal etanercept injection help heal severe pain linked to the piriformous muscle?

Can anyone tell me if peri spinal etanercept works ? I have had four back surgeries since 2000. The last two were for decompression of the L-4, L-5 and S-1 nerve roots. My third surgery was performed in January 2011 and the last one in July 2012. I am still having pain around my right hip, left calf , left ankle and left foot. MRI and CT Myloegram do not show anything. Help !

Is thislymphoma of the skin? When he says lymphoma is he talking about lymphoma in general or just lymphoma of the skin? He also mentioned that he would check my nodes in my neck as well. If it does turn out to be lymphoma of the skin in future, does this mean it is t cell? I'm just worried right now about 2 issues. 1) when he says lymphoma is he just talking about the skin?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl and I found a very hard, painless lump under my right ear. It's about the size of a quarter and it's in my neck....like I had to find it. I have an appointment in two weeks to see my doctor and discuss what's going on. I haven't had any symptoms besides stomach pains, and these awful headaches on the left side of my head. I had a CBC done two weeks ago and both counts were very good.

Can lymphoma be painful. I have had painful lymph nodes for months and thought I had hiv. But tested negative outside the window. I've also tested for all the infectious causes I can think of. Now I will need a biopsy. Can anyone answer this for me.

My major worry is Lymphoma obviously. I am 23 years old do not smoke, barely drink anymore. Another bit of information is I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled out later this month not sure if this is the root of all the problems (dentist and ENT said no). What should I do next? CT scan? Endoscopy? (Had severe heartburn first time in my life with stomach burning dr put me famotidine for 2 weeks went away, sometimes still get minor burning sensation rarely) Biopsy?

Hi Everyone; Anniejo here and I've been away for awhile. I got off the meds for Hep C in october went back to work and am trying to get my life back. I'm doing pretty good except my memory is shot to ****! I'm still having trouble at work remembering my processes, but I have a wonderful co worker that helps me and each day is better. I get anxious and nervous more than I ever did.

Night sweats due from lymphoma/leukemia are usually drenching, so much so that you have to get up in the middle of the night and change your clothes and/or sheets. I'm assuming the low grade fever has gone away with your cold? If you truly had a sinus infection (or any other infection), that could possibly be what is making your nodes swell. Did you tell your doctor about your cold/sinus infection?

Aside from x-ray and CT scan, what other examinations were done on you? Like lymphoma, sebaceous cyst or lipoma can also present with superficial mass. Perhaps you can have one biopsied in order to rule out the possibility of lymphoma. Are you already being treated for the ringworm? Persistent fungal infection can cause worsening of the skin lesion. It is best to consult also a dermatologist for further evaluation and management of the ringworm. Good luck.

Can this be a sign of lymphoma even thoufh all blood tests are normal? Shouldi try to get a biopsy of tje node in my neck?

I dont have night sweats. Do you have to have all the lymphoma symptoms to have it? Anyway going back to the hospital episode. While i was in there it really freaked me out because a couple months ago i had a couple of skin punctures on my leg. I havent yet had the results from it yet. I kept hearing them say mrs b has lymphoma then that reason why she taken an overdose because she is worried and the nurses agreed with him.

Hi every body,19 month ago i had 3 swollen lymph nodes on my neck the largest one was 5 cm with high lymphocytes 6400 after taking antibiotics the largest one became 2 cm the ultrasound that it is reactive nodes about one month i read in Google that swollen lymph nodes could be cancer could lymphoma i went to doctor again she asked me to do abdominal and neck ultra sound the result came back reactive lymph nodes and same size no growing in size..

My dr is sending me to a neurosurgeon, I am very nervous, my grandmother had lymphoma and leukemia! Should I be worried?

I have lost over 40 lbs without trying. The lymph node on the right side of my neck is so swollen that when the technician who did my CT scan yesterday asked me to show him where I felt it, I raised my hair and he said "NEVERMIND" and placed the marker right on it! I have been terribly sick, for months now I have run fevers, lost my appetite and I do have a lump but it is hard under my left armpit and a few of those in between my breasts. The mammogram was negative, blood work normal.

It sure is treatable hodgkins Lymphoma is the better one but I had non hodgkins Lymphoma last year and a very large lession on the outside of my lung and it is a year since I had my treatment. I am doing great have 1 more year until I am in remission and then when I reach 5 years I am cured. It is something not to mess with and much better chance of it not coming back if you get it early. I had stage 1 maybe a possible stage 2 so I have an 85%-90% chance of it never coming back.
