Common Questions and Answers about Estradiol pg ml

Avatar m tn I have read that a normal Estradiol range for men is between 20 pg/ml and 40 pg/ml, however my numbers look a little different and I'm not sure how to compare. My results were Estradiol 4,2 pg/ml - "normal range" of 0,4 - 2,5 (above normal) Progesterone 52,0 - "normal range" of 45 - 650 pg/ml Progesterone/Estradiol Ratio 10,6 Results were Estradiol dominance How do I equate/convert the Estradiol number into the range that everyone talks about.
Avatar f tn s ranges show a max non-pregnancy and non-menopausal value of estradiol to be 498 pg/mL and estrone 268 pg/mL. Estradiol can exceed 4300 in the first trimester of pregnancy. And post-menopausal levels are less than 54 and less than 65, respectively.
1493378 tn?1288707991 so, there's a tendency that my doctor will cancel this cycle? i'm so worried...tomorrow will be my follow-up check-up with my doctor, but i'm really so confused w/ this result. On my previous ivf treatment, ,my estradiol level was 21 pg/ml, and this cycle it's >20 pg/ml...what was your estradiol level when they cancelled your cycle?
Avatar f tn 74 ng/ml Estradiol 18 pg/ml Anti Thyroglobin 231.7 IU/ml Free T3 -- 3.13 pg/ml Free T4 -- 0.8 ng/dl.hy TSH -- 4.
Avatar f tn g. Estradiol 141 pg/ml to 40pg/ml last fall) so they started me on BHRT at the 40 level...with 0.5mg Estradiol it fell even lower to 27pg/ml as per my labs last week. They want to increase me to 1mg Estradiol now. I do know Estradiol is not static so these are snapshots. I did start having periods again for 4 months this year so my body isn't done yet. So my thyroid seems to have gotten worse with (likely) diminishing Estradiol production.
Avatar f tn Hi, everybody. I've been experiencing hot flashes, hair loss, irregular periods, and dry eyes for several months. I had my hormone and thyroid levels tested twice, and, while everything technically came back normal, my estradiol (52 pg/ml) level concerns me. I've read that anything below the 50 pg/ml mark is not a good sign. Is this true? Does this number suggest that I'm in the early stages of premature ovarian failure, or are there other causes of low estradiol?
Avatar n tn 20%). The results page says my estradiol is out of range. it says 10L with a range of 13-54 pg/mL. Does 10 Liters convert to 10,000 mL which is 185times the normal maximum range. I didn't have cortisol measured. My Dr. said Testosterone was fine. He never mentioned anything about the estradiol level. He suggested I had depression. I've had chronic anxiety but don't feel depressed. We've tried a few SNRI's. It's been 2 1/2 months since tests results.
Avatar f tn hello! I am a 30 year old recently diagnosed with PCOS. I have been feeling like garbage recently and have not been able to find a doctor who can help. I recently went through my lab results from September and see my Estradiol is <5.00 pg/mL. I am also on Lo Loestrin. Can the birth control be causing the very low numbers, my PCOS, something else? The numbers are those of someone in menopause, so it is a bit concerning. Any insight is appreciated!
Avatar n tn I just had it tested and my Estradiol level is 67. The lab report says the level should be <56 pg/mL. I'll talk to my Endo, but any ideas on what causes high Estradiol levels in a 41 year old male? I don't drink or smoke, have a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Thanks for the help and suggestion to get it tested - I think I'm closer to figuring out what is wrong.
Avatar f tn 29 ng/ml AMH, B inhibin 11,27 ng/l, FSH 5.19 mUl/ml, estradiol 18 pg/ml, Prolactine - 7,76 ng/ml, LH 4,31 mUI/ml. Do you think could Dostinex affect the result for AMH? A test 9 months ago, also day 3 test, showed AMH 0.94 microg/L, FSH 4.35 mIU/ml, estradiol 26.55 pg/ml. I have some problems with Prolactine - levels taken in 3 different years (2004, 2005, 2009) showed 23.09 ng/mL, 32.56, 42.01. I took Bromocriptin and lately I have taken Dostinex.
Avatar m tn Hi Rob, the increase is not an issue at this point. Anything below one is good. Just keep an eye on it and test every few months. If your prostate has been removed and you still produce psa, it merely means that some of the prostate cells escaped removal and are still producing psa. ASlso your gleason score is quite low so the cancer you HAD was not a viable life threadening type. Congrats on that!
