2, and 1.0 so they are trying to grow a little. Now I am concerned about my estradiol level today is was 550. How much does the estradiol level increase each day?
3 months ago I bleed for almost 2 months straight and still have severe pelvic pain. My doctor decided to test my estradiol levels and they were in the 80s. She informed me they should be below 20. She gave me a double-dose of the Lupron to see if it would jump start my system. I just had another test done to check the levels 3 weeks after my last shot. The levels have increase even more. I am just over 100. I was wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this and what it may mean?

I take my trigger shot tonight, then go at 36 hours after trigger for IUI. My question is how much bigger do you think my follicles will grow before I ovulate. I did a 5day blast transfer and was confirmed pregnant last wk. I'm at week 5 and had a throbbing pain on my right side lower ab for a day then dissapear. I did not have any spotting. I'm doing prgesterone injection, and estradiol. I was told to wait until my next HCG to know if I'm still pregnant. My question is could I have already miscarriage but could not bleed because of the progesterone injection? If not, what was the pain about?
I'm a 41 year old male with low-T (free T: 23.2; Total T: 141). My Endo prescribed Androderm 5mg patches daily, and it took about 4 days and I suddenly felt great: no depression, lots of energy & vigor, libido was up, I was outgoing and excited about life. After feeling great for 1 day, the effects disappeared and I am back to the same drained and low-energy shell of a human.
I have never had any blood work. Recently I have heard people talking about testing estradiol levels to confirm that the egg is maturing adn not just the follicle. I am wondering how common this is, and is it really nessesary. We know that my follicles are maturing and getting to a good size, is it possible that the egg inside them is not?

s comands by using clomid ,gonnacore injection and doing Artificial insemination and i did also some blood tests like FSH,prolactin,tsh, testosterone, estradiol,all r in the normal range, and i did an opening blocked fallopian tubes,i just wanna ask why am not getting pregnant , is there any more test i should do ???? please please advise me

This is my first month on Clomid, 50mg cycle days 3-7. I was also on Estradiol cycle days 8-12 and am now on progesterone suppositories cycle day 17 until I get my period or a positive pregnancy test.
I had an HCG trigger shot 10,000 units (Profasi, Pregnyl) on cycle day 15.
This is also my first month using fertilityfriend to chart my basal body temps. I have attached a link to my chart so that you can see my progress.
We were not expecting anything else to be wrong however have recently seen my FSH and Estradiol results taken day 2 of my period and I am concerned. Can you advise as we do not have another appointment for another 2 weeks and I am really concerned. We are English - based in Spain, and would really appreciate any advice out there.
At my appointment today, I had two 11 sized follicles and one 12 with numerous small follicles. My estradiol level was a 42. The doctor then recommended I cancel this cycle and not continue with shots. He wants to do day 3 blood work for my next cycle before starting shots.
I was only able to talk to the nurse on the phone for a few minutes. She said the doctor was concerned with my estradiol level because I am only 24.
Could there be something wrong with me?
How long after a confirmed pregnancy are you suppose to continue taking Estradiol? Just read on the internet that it can cause birth defects and I can't reach my doctor to confirm this.
s office calls me today and says that they have prescribed me estrace (generic estradiol) and that it will pause my cycle till Tuesday. By Tuesday insurance matters should clear-up and then I can start taking the injections. Tomorrow is the 5th day of my cycle and the injection should have theoretically started on Day 5. This is my first IUI attempt. My concern is I don't want to take medications that I don't need.
I am on 200 mg prometrium /5 mg estradiol, and metformin as well as tirosint. The prometrium and estradiol is for hot flashes. The metformin for prediabetes, couldn't get my a1c down, and tirosint for thyroid disease. My question is this...the prometrium and estradiol are causing my blood sugars to stay high, as well as make me very tired, as well as making me gain weight. I walk briskly at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour daily. I watch what I eat, low sugars, etc.
My doctor suggest me after all check ups to go for IUI.But no result so I went trough Ivf.Doctor gave me medicine for 7days menogon injection for 225 .but follicle size were nothing.so she suggest for 375 for almost 15days i took injections,there was no hyper stimulation.so every thing was under control.But embryo transfer and after 14days result was negative.and I stopped taking progesterone and same day get my periods.
