The fluid being present elsewhere is likely part of wasting or muscle mass, and there is leaking of fluid under the skin. The presence of the fluid may make the skin more vulnerable to damage, as healing under these conditions wouldn’t be easy. It may be a good idea to keep an eye out for skin damage. About three weeks ago, I went to the doctor due to a burning sensation when urinating, increased yellow vaginal discharge and a fever. After a urinalysis and pelvic examination she diagnosed me with Trich. She gave me Bactrim and some Klion100 vaginal tablets. Soon after that, I noticed single water blisters on my wrist and foot. After about 2 weeks, and scabbing they fell off leaving a slightly lighter colour on my skin in the place where the blister used to be.
after our posts I considered my self low, actually very, very low risk. I got tested and the clinic called and said my sample was cancelled on account of peeing too much into the cup (their words, not mine). are the tests that sensitive? the difference was 20g to 40g. that seems like a clandestine way to get a follow up test. i'll go get tested again, but i'm surprised the tests are that temperamental? your thoughts? again, the facts of the encounter are explained above.
t know the details, but it is past the operating stage. My parents live in Jordan and they have just returned from a trip to Israel to see a doctor. Now my father is going to get treatment of I think Chemo pills in Jordan.
I am very skeptical, and correct me if I am wrong, but (financial obstacles aside) would it not improve all chances considerably if my Father were to go to somewhere more advanced like Mayo Clinic or any of the top rated Clinics around the world to get treated there?
both lung plumonory nodul ans one large tumor ,after 6 cycle of chemo with TAXOL,CARBOPLATIN ,AND COMBINED with erlotinib .since then the diesies showed improvment and shrinkage in tumor. . HE has been under maintance treatment with Tarceva since 2009 upto now. the previous PET-CT ON JULY 2011 WAS NEGATIVE AND CONCLUSION was that no evidence of residual hypermetabolic disease seen in lung.. but the recent CT showed smal new lesion 1,8 *2 cm. in comparison to previous.

This time I noticed again after 30 minutes the sensation were strong and the itch burning. I have stopped taking cipro for 2 days now and the skin has stopped itching but is still blotchy and flaking (not quite peeling). I've never had anything like this before and I can surely attribute it to the drug. I don't think I've ever had a reaction to it before but I do recall taking it once before, for a urinary tract infection.
Swelling and burning may be caused by neurological issues, infection, inflammation, possible allergic reaction and even hypersensitivity reaction. Antihistamine medication usually help provide relief in allergic reactions.However, if the symptoms persist, it is best that you have her see a doctor for proper evaluation. CA125 only responded marginally (from 180 to 130) and chemo had to be stopped after 3 cycl. due to extreme liver enzyme rise and haematological problems. Topotecan/docetaxel weekly reduced CA125 level within 6 weeks to 40, but it increased thereafter and treatment was stopped because of alveolitis and CA125 had reached 70 again. Next chemo was taxol weekly with avastin biweekly, which led to a fast drop of CA125 (after 3 weeks down to 20!).

I did this for three days, and afterward my skin was red and burning, and the skin has thinned and the skin is strange looking. I stopped as soon as I noticed something was wrong. It's still really damaged (March 10th). Mostly discolored, thin, and lots of veins sticking out on both hands. My face is starting to heal, but basically did the same thing as my hands. Thinning of the skin mostly.
