Hi, I have been HIV+ for a year and a half,. I started with Truvada and Sustiva, did so well, got undetectable, and moved to Atripula. Couldn't handle that due to the very vivid dreams I was having. I then started Truvada and Isentress and within the past 9 months(going every three for blood work) I went from undetectable status to a viral load of 50, then it progressed to 116, then to 700, got a genotype done and another viral load test and it has jumped to 861.
I've had HIV for several years, luckily it was caught early. I started meds fairly soon after. I started Atripla in 2010. It got be undetectable quickly and has kept that way. I never had major bad side effects on it. I did have some crazy dreams and still do. After I was on it for a couple years, things began to slowly deteriorate. I began getting panic attacks, and bouts of tachycardia and palpitations. I had a history of those but it seemed to get worse.
I stopped PEP 3 days ago and the rash that looks like ars rash ( supposedly from sustiva) has not gone away. More importantly my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen, so much so its difficult to swallow.
I am going to go see a doc in Bangkok today. Now I'm really scared. If had the virus it most likely would surge after stopping arvs, causing the lymph node swelling.
In June 2005 I tested positive with a VL of 330,000 and antibody test at this time it was non react which for what I have read is negative for the antibodies, I decided back then to start treatment right away (Truvada & Sustiva) due to the high VL, I got a geno and phenotype test done before starting treatment, Dr.
I had unprotected sex in 28/12/2015 and in 6/2/2016 i discovered I'm hiv positive.
My dr ran stds tests and one of them was for hepatitis B.
He made hepatitis B sAg qualitative test which came back negative.
Then in 16/2/2016 i took truvada plus sustiva as treatment for hiv.
Now when I searched for hepatitis B testing i found that it involves many tests.
This month i made acomplete hepatitis B panel test which came back as follows:
Hepatitis B sAg 0.
I haven't yet found reason for my symptoms. I have negative HIV antibody test result at 16 weeks mark and still have palpable lymph nodes in my neck,under jaw and in my groins. I had a rash on my forehead after exposure and my girlfriend has the same rash now. She also has persistent headaches and stomach aches. I am so scared especially when I see cases like this from the Body:

Yes it's true - I'm really reaching some kind of edge again. even considered checking out this retreat but the cost was pro-hib-itive. Plus I don't really 100% believe their total philosophy, and I've already dealt with so much of what they talk about. I really do think my problems are bigger than just needing to find a life lesson, and "doing happy" etc.
Lastly, I've given in - I'm sick of sleeping my life away so I've started taking....pseudoephidrine...
I have been on a statin drug for about 15 years and ran for exercise until about 5 years ago and all I can conclude from my history is I have benefited from the statin drug via low cholesterol and not blockages and weight control and general high physical quality of life from the exercise. I'm 11 years younger than you, and I no longer run, but that is because of atrial fibrillation, not because of muscle damage due to anything other than age.
I did touch her vagina (fingered) and afterwords put on the condom for protected sex. She did also stroke me penis a little and touched the tip and I think she touched her vagina before she did this.
I developed burning with urination and red urethra within a day or two. I do recall that my urethra may have been a bit irritaded before i was with her but definarely not due to sexual activity.

I've been to NA (and will be going back, plus years of alanon), I know all the lingo etc. I just want a damn life. Or my damn life BEFORE opiates.
Help...any advice? My newborn baby is an angel all day long sleeping/eating/being content and happy, and will take naps in his bassinet no problem. But at night he'll wake up to feed or be changed and will cry nonstop after when we try to out him back in his bassinet.
When I was 16, I began experiencing dizzy spells and migraines. I had an MRI and was found to have white matter lesions. My neurologist shrugged it off, saying "migraine syndrome with aura," and m ENT said "probably BPPV."
Since then, I've been able to control my symptoms with meclizine, high doses of ibuprofen, birth control (rule out hormonal migraines!) and, basically, a "positive state of mind.
