In one study, 50 women with thrombophilia (including 20 factor V Leiden heterozygotes) and recurrent pregnancy loss were treated with enoxaparin throughout 61 subsequent pregnancies. The live birth rate was 75% with enoxaparin prophylaxis, compared to 20% in prior untreated pregnancies [Brenner et al 2000].
It turns out that portal vein and superior mesenteric vein are thrombosed. They put her on enoxaparin and wanted her to rest for 5 days until the next control. She refused to be put on heparin or warfarin because of her history of gastrointestinal bleeding and recent surgery. We've been told thrombectomy would be extremely risky, given her medical history.
I read somewhere enoxaparin only prevents further occlusion of the vein and does not lyse existing clot.
I am 27 weeks pregnancy and have dvt, start to using CLEXANE(ENOXAPARIN) I am really worried is there any harm to my baby

continue through with warfarin, or to stop the warfarin and bridge in between with enoxaparin or heparin (as snconorm had done).

So continuing through with warfarin seems to be the newer strategy.
What would NOT be done is to stop anticoagulation altogether.
the generic in india is absolutely the same as brands, it is just cheap and easy chemicals.....so easy to do.
Usually low, key, happy person. Was diagnosed with Hypothyrodism 2 1/2 yrs ago. In August 2010, finally got my levels to be within normal limits. Was starting to feel better, but Dr. gave me generic Wellbutrin (125) because i couldn't stop crying. Felt like I was starting to go crazy. Went back in Dec 2010 and labs showed that my thyroid levels were completely out of whack. Dr. increased my levoxyl to 125 and generic Wellbutin to 300.
So he talked to the insurance and it was approved and Tony started taking brand name Symax instead of the generic. From February/March 2009 - January 2010 my husband was okay. He had some bouts of pain and nausea but nothing that was severe enough to require an ER visit or hospitaliztion. In January 2010, he started getting sick again. It got bad enough that he had to go to the ER.

i wash my face almost twice a day with a generic brand cetaphil and biore blemish fighting ice cleanser. i have been using both these products since July 2010. i started having acne break outs happen in my old age. so i tried these products and the biore appeared to work. ive always used cetaphil, but i changed to generic brand for cost benefits. ive never had ezema..but my sister has it.
I have been on progesterone suppositories, baby asprin, folic acid, prenatal vitamins and enoxaparin.
ve been taking paxils for years, and had to stop because I no longer have insurance. I retired in 2010 and when my insurance ran out I could not afford to keep it. Therefore my doctor would not issue me and more prescriptions for paxils. I was taking 40 mg.
Now I am experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mood swings and so on.
Is there anything that I can take to help me that replaces paxils and make me feel better.
I have been having repeat mammograms every 6 months since July 2010 to keep an eye on a suspicious looking area (small white spots increasing in number and covering a larger area) in the left breast. I had a biopsy in Feb 2011 that came back benign, but found out months later the doctor totally missed the site and the sample sent to pathology was from an area of no concern.
s had problems with holding her urine. At times it will just come out. She was put on a med. from the Vet. Does anyone know of a generic brand or natural one that will do the same. I can't keep going back paying office visits everytime she needs a new med.
I have had bouts of diarrhea since May, 2010, after many antibiotics for 2 sinus infections. My gastroenterology
doctor did a colonoscopy, small bowel study, stool culture & blood work. I already have chrones disease &
divertucula. He did not see any changes in either of these & all tests came out negative. He told me to take
imodium. When I take the imodium, it will help control the diarrhea for a day. I cannot go anywhere because
of the diarrhea problem.
