t it cause larger post void volumes?, which itself can cause nocturia. By the way by definition, nocturia alone, as in your case, is not a sufficient condition for Over Active Bladder (OAB) as can be seen from the following link:

In OAB, increased urinary frequency (both Day and Night) along with low urine volume with urgency, with out UTI are considered the main criteria.
On celexa, tried oxybutinin and myrbetriq. Gave me anxiety. Is enablex a good choice? Side effect of celexa was frequent urination. Eneblex only one that didn't cause anxiety, but side effects are bad. Anybody?
I'm not sure how to describe what I'm feeling or even if it's real or imagined from nervousness. My left side only...leg from about knee down, not feet and my left lower arm/hand feels "weird"...mostly at night when I get in bed and lay to watch t.v. I think my left hand feels weird when I'm typing, not fingers. I have no "pain" , numbness, tingling...just a weird, mild feeling. Sometimes a small shakiness.

I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has had experience with this drug and if it helped them. I know we are all different and our reactions are different, I am just hoping it works without too many side affects.
I had later unprotected vaginal sex two months ago. 48 hrs later I developed urethral pruritus followed by "prostatic" symptoms (frequency, decreased stream, nocturia). It improved slightly while taking Septra DS for 4 weeks.

I am a 21 year old female and have had bladder issues (pressure, urgency, nocturia, urethra burning/squeezing feeling, difficulty urinating) for two years that won't go away and seemed to have begun after I became sexually active. At first, the doctors thought it was a UTI but the antibiotics stopped working after a while. I've been to numerous doctors (PCP, urologist, OBGYN, gastroenterologist, neurologist, chiropractor) and had many, many tests - yet no one can figure out the problem.

I have tested again for NSU via a swab and urine test and both vane back negative, having been treated with antibiotic L's before Christmas for NSU.
However, I still continue to experience uretheritis like symptoms although milder than initially ; stingy sensation at the tip and excessive urination and slight redness of the meatus. I do suffer with I.C anyhow which compounds the dysuria but wonder if this is jusy a prolonged effect from an episode of NSU ordoes this soujd like prostatitis?
this when I had my post op Appt I never truely got an answer then I went back to her she gave me some Enablex that never truely help with the no sensation to urinate nor the having feeling when having sex can some one tell me what is going on?
After further reflection, we remembered that we went on the GAPS diet for several weeks at about the same time. And she was feeling not a good. She was having nocturia and feeling tired & weak in the mornings. After discussions with you guys, prayer and much thought; here is what I think happened. The GAPS diet is heavily meat and little to no carbs. I think that her absorption of her Nature-throid(NT) was reduced by the meat diet.

Night before last, I woke up and I had started urinating and was able to stop and make it to the bathroom. This is one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. I don't want to end up wearing diapers.

It gets painful. I just try to keep a pillow or blanket propped under my belly and same for between my legs.
I have polyuria and nocturia, but my bladder is hypotonic (bladder capacity normal). I think I have mild diabetes insipidus. In tests my nocturnal urine volume was about 1.5 liters (up to 5 times of urination).

my wife is a physician. she is okay.we have 2 child.
He cannot travel for long years and cannot do tolerate any deep sound or disturbance. He fears to walk outside or busy road. He sometime shakes with nervous but not intense since six months. He is very anxious and worries. He has some problems with insomnia then he takes alprazolam 0.25 mg as or half daily. He has nocturia.
Now, his problems are geeting acute with very fatigue all the time (more in the morning), vertigo four to five times a day since 15 days and shaking hands and legs.
My son who is 10 years old has started wetting the bed almost daily from the last month or so.but has never had any problems before .his intake for liquid is high.even before sleeping he consumes fair amount of water before retiring to bed.
Acai berry is really no use, if you want an anti-oxidant, go for blueberry just, it's cheap and does the same thing. There is no proven double blind studies showing any use as a therapy.
Hi,
You need to consult a physician and rule out some of the common causes of nocturia (night time urination). For e.g. Diabetes mellitus, a stone in the urinary tract, any enlargement of the prostate (which is less likely considering your young age).
Also will suggest you to avoid drinking too many fluids around bedtime and particularly avoid drinking tea, coffee and beer around the bedtime.
