My question is 1) I don’t know if I have skin cancer, because of the overuse of elidel(pimecrolimus1%, recently I also found out that elidel should not be used for more than a month or so, because of the chances of skin cancer. I used it for more than a year. I might have used it 50 to 60 times so far. I always have had this anal problem and the scalp problem, from almost ten years now. I don’t know about the other medicines over usage, the doctor never told me.
The color of the ooze is yellow. The formation of the redness is going upwards like the side of a smile.
This happens from time to time. Sometimes the skin on the side of my upper lip is reddish sometimes its pinkish. When its pinkish theres not liquid oozing out.
The area doesnt hurt nor itchy. Its just annoying since its very reddish and makes me look like I had red lip stick applied on top of my lip.

This was necessary since the area affected is right on the skin around the meatus of my penis. Anyways, I used the Elidel for almost 12 days (twice a day) without any significant results, so I stopped. What I want to know is this enough time for the Elidel to take full effect? Could it have done any harm to my skin after almost two weeks use, since it didn't really help, if so then what?
An over the counter medication is any medication that can be purchased without a prescription "over the counter", but does not make the medication safer and needs to be taken according to the directions on the package and there is a need to be more vigilent and take into consideration individual health, the benefits versus the risks and potential interactions with any prescribed meidcations.
yes yes, I am clean from Vicoden, Antidepresants but still am using a sleep aid, have been using over the counter meds for sleep since the 80's then went to prescription sleep aid and now I only sleep 3 or 4 hours using them. I am going to go off them soon. My Dr would like to see me wait until Jan just because I came off two meds this year and had surgery's but please don't go to prescription sleep aids I think it is harder to get off them than OCT.
Okay, I know what Elidel is and that it is a non-steroidal treatment to dermatitis. However, I want to know if it thins the skin at all, to any extent? I read on the internet from multiple websites, that TCI's do not cause skin thinning or the side effects associated with steroid ointments, which is why it's usually used. However, one website stated that Elidel does not thin the skin "as much as" steroid creams do! So which is it for sure?
Good day, I have overused skin whitening creams on my forehead due to sun damage over the years. Now, I cannot seem to get by skin faded. I have tried numerous products over the counter and FDA approved medications with no luck. I am self-conscious and the reason I started with creams was due to having folks look directly at my forehead and not me. I have a pic of this situation at hand. If anyone can help with a product, etc that can fade my skin it would be must appreciative.

I have had chapped lips continuously for almost 20 years. And I do mean continuous. I have use chapstick everyday, and have tried various brands throughout the years. It seems that no matter what I try, my lips continue to be chapped. As soon as the chapstick wears off, they dry out and begin to peel. I have been to a couple of dermatologists before, and they suggested that my lips are always chapped because I lick them.
What effects would be likely to occur from 2 weeks use (twice daily) of Elidel on normal sensitive skin, specifically the penis glands? Basically if you were treating this area for what you thought was dermatitis although it turned out not to be anything serious in the first place, then what harm if any could this amount of treatment have done?
