Avatar f tn But NEVER itchy. The dermatologist says it is eczema and we went along with that. He has gone through tons of ointments. For the last few months it has just been a minor but consistent few small areas. Never goes away, has not flared up. We continue to use the latest lotion but the doctor warned us to not use it frequently because it could thin his skin? Yet we end up using it every night because the rash is always there.

136956 tn?1688675680 Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, eczema or fungal infection of the skin. Keep your feet dry and apply zinc oxide based diaper rash ointment. Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients.

Avatar f tn Hello, Since most of the STD’s have come out clear, so it can be due to skin problems such as psoriasis, seborrhea and eczema. Sometimes hemorrhoids will start off as red rash and anal itching. Also sweating, moisture due to sitting, pinworms and friction rub with clothes can cause anal and penile itching. I suggest you to get all these possibilities evaluated from your dermatologist.
