m a high school track runner and consistently have a very bad reaction to lactic acidosis. After any strenuous
running, (hard efforts of 1-2 minutes) I am breathing hard, lightheaded, highly nauseous, and usually vomit. This feels terrible (and is embarrassing and frustrating) and lasts about 20 minutes. Every other kid doing the same exact workout is totally fine, even the ones who are in far worse shape. I am hydrated adequately, I eat correctly, I have no other medical problems.
