He was in shock. He could have been there with my grandkids, at the movie theater. A co-worker's pregnant wife was shot. The shooters he claims are Somali terrorists unhappy with the Kenyan government for supporting the current Somali regime.

Ahhh yum unfortunately for me our closest mall is 30 min away might be worth the drive though lol our mall has a pretzel time, & a auntie annes!

(I used to not be able to do anything such as hanging out with friends, and even going to the mall!! i hated the mall! but now i can at least make it through the mall, if i have someone with me and i have things to keep me occupied, such as food and drinks and stuff..odd, i know). but anyway, back to the anxiety. There is one thing i have not tried...and that was taking anti-depressants.

I walk every chance I get! I'll got to the store and walk up every isle and be in there for like an hour! This weekend I'm hitting up the flea market and mall, hopefully that would've helped me progressed more by Monday!

So me and my husband and the boys went to the mall today and walked for like 2 hours....

Polly's service dog vest came in the mail. Today we went to the hardware store and the Mall to walk since it is still raining. She was brilliant. Chick Filet was hard to walk pass and a two year old stopped in front of her with an ice cream cone. She left the ice cream alone. We even went into an Art Gallery. I felt confident in the crowd because people gave me the space I needed with left side weakness and dizziness when I have to turn my head quickly. It was as if we were one.

My sister and nurse both said they went into labor the night they walked for a few hours. my sister was at the mall all day and my nurse said she was at some place and was walking around for like 4 hours. So if your body is ready just take a trip to the nearest mall or something and start walking! Im sure he will come soon after!!

My first son I literally was 38 weeks walked the mall a good 4 hours with breaks of course lol went into labor that night....plan on doing the same with this little guy I'm 35 weeks now.

You should have a steady pace and pump your arms. Your pace should be slightly faster than your walking pace. Do not over do it. It worked for me. Good Luck!!

Ok, my main sx for the last few years, which has been getting worse and worse and has been present pretty much contantly, is balance - or lack thereof. I think I've said in here before, not so bad at home, but AWFUL at malls etc, outside - anywhere that is bigger than my small house. Mind you, I've been doddering just in my small house lately too. My previous neuros all said it was "visual vertigo" from migraines.

The police were called and all they could do was warn him not to go near the mall again. No doubt he will just move to another mall and continue his tear jering stories there. I went to the mall last week after a dr. appt. and I was looking for a new hoodie jacket...seemed simple enough...yeah right! I was so overwhelmed and confused and just didn't want to be there! I found this especially frustrating since I don't get out on my own at all.

I came home because I was cramping a bit and laid down. Later DH and I went to the mall for a bit and did some last minute grocery shopping. I've felt terrible all day as far as a few intense BH and horrible heartburn and nausea. Before we left to go to the mall I was still spotting brown, but just barely and there wasn't much mucus.
