"I'm finding that taking ondansetron isn't working very well for me anymore, especially in the mornings." So how long did it work for you and when are you starting the granisetron? Do you know if your doctor has given these meds to other patients on tx or is it just a hit and miss approach? I think it's great that he's willing to look outside of the box but I've never heard of either one being used.

5 mg is a very low dose for adults and may be a typical dose for children, that is small more sensitive bodies.

I went threw this while taking Cymbalta. The nausea would come out of no where at times. Can you give your Dr a call in the morning to let him/her know about the nausea? Your Dr will let you know what you can safely take with Cymbalta.

Try ginger tea or ginger ale, and a little trick I learned with my first pregnancy is to snack on fruits and nuts through out the day that way you don't get too hungry and don't over eat either. Either extreme is bad and on top of the nausea you might also get heartburn. Good luck!
