Besides Clonazepan, Solof, Lorazepan, Divalproex, Citalopran, Donepezil,Divalproex, Enalapril, Carb/Levo tab she started taking Ziprasidone four weeks ago.Please tell me if she should stop taking some of those medications.
If I may offer help, I know how your daughter feels I was in that situation 5 years ago with my 1st son. The doctors offerd me no help and a very late diagnosis which slowed things down. I did alot of research and still do alot. Please tell your daughter to get very very well informed about autism and options for help. She is not alcoholically person and never drink in her live. She has heart disease and take atorvastatin for 10 years and also donepezil and ladiomil for 4 years. t say how old your daughter is. Autism does run in families, so if your son does have autism it is very possible that your daughter could be on the spectrum as well. I would reccomend the same thing for both children, a child psychologist or pediatric neurologist. Preferably one who specializes in autism.
Does make eye contact but sometimes I feel like he is looking past me and not actually at me. He does smile at me when I smile at him. He has just started to giggle when I play the "Im gonna get you" game. He LOVES his older brother and giggles until he is out of breath when they play. He goo's and is starting to baby talk. He likes to be held for the most part. Sometimes when he is over tired or doesn't want to be held he arches his back and gets mad.

You can not suppress something that is natural in any human being show that this is not done in public and when you want it to be in his room in private. If you go to your room and you see what is making it ignore it and leave the room, the most important thing is to teach that there is a place for that.

Getting the right support in school by having a private Speech and Language Therapist assess all areas of his speech and social interaction so that school knew exactly what kind of supports would help him.
There are lots of things that will help your son grow and develop. And there are also alot of treatments out there that have no validation at all.
I was really concerned about autism because he did not like to look people directly in the eyes up close but he has now gotten better with it and interact with people and other children. He does play alone well but he craves interaction with other children. When he is taken out of his home element he gets really excited and wants to go but he shows out and gets very tempermental when we are out and about.
