Besides Clonazepan, Solof, Lorazepan, Divalproex, Citalopran, Donepezil,Divalproex, Enalapril, Carb/Levo tab she started taking Ziprasidone four weeks ago.Please tell me if she should stop taking some of those medications.

Hi, I was at a skeet shooting range six days ago, and I was wearing inadequate 17 decibel custom earplugs. I was standing about 5 meters away from someone shooting a shotgun. I only heard one shot, then left. I know 17 dB reduction is not enough, but does standing 5 meters away reduce some sound? After I left, I heard no ringing or anything, but my own voice sounded weird, like during a cold?

Short term memory loss after brain surgery is more common than you might think.
Let me break this into a two part answer, first the basic info about standard approaches, and second, what I have seen happen over the years working with patients that had brain trauma from different sources;
First, Rehabilitation after brain tumor surgery that results in memory loss typically involves psychotherapy and cognitive therapy.
She is taking hydralazine 50mg for high BP, Sertraline 25mg for depression, Nitrofur Mac 50mg for UTI, Donepezil 10mg for memory loss, and Novolin for high blood sugar. We also have a PT that comes to her house but that is not really helping.
