I am really thinking that trilipix raises blood sugar levels....I have never had a sugar level problem, than my primary care doc put me on trilipix. I took it for six months ... went in for my routine blood work and he says my sugar was up and I was now had pre diabetes with my a1c test being 6.1 The only change I have made Is the Trilipix...I don't think it is a coincedence! I quit taking it...not just because of that but I was also having terrible muscle spasms....
I have taken benzo's for the better part of 35 years. They have helped me lead a more normal life then I could have without them. I usually take 1/2mg of xanax a day, sometimes 1/4mg more. I hardly ever had the need to take more. Antidepressants however had the greatest impact on anxiety for me and the combination is what did the best for me.
I am still sometimes amazed how well these meds work and don't even want to think about where I'd have been had I not had them.
The rest of the aota is normal size. The doctor has scheduled a stress test for me. Is this recommended? I have read that exercise is recommended but heavy lifting is prohibited because of the stress it places on the aorta. My work includes heavy lifting periodically throughout the day of 60-80 lbs. Is this considered heavy lifting? I have been on Lisinopril (bp) for 5 years and Trilipix and Simvastatin (cholesterol) for the last 3-4 years.
Oh yes- forgot to add I am on only name brand synthyroid and cytomel. My endo will not write prescription for generics, says they vary too much - just as you experienced.

I certainly noticed a huge difference in Effexor and the generic form. When I was withdrawing I did have to go onto the generic as it comes in tablet form which I could then cut up.
Hope you can get the real Effexor, and I am glad you are feeling so much better on it. It would be nice if you could get your meds free too.

acyclovir and valtrex are both approved for use during pregnancy. their safety is well established and not an issue. the dose for acyclovir for the last month of pregnancy is 400mg 3x/day as you already know.
acyclovir is not the cheaper generic form of valtrex.
It usually begins as a severe, sudden headache and may occur daily for months, alternating with periods without headaches. Although it is uncommon to have a mixed type of primary headache. Treatment does not cure cluster headaches but to relieve symptoms. Avoidance of triggers and prescription medications may provide relief. Biofeedback therapy may also help. Ever since I've been getting a bigger stomach (I'm currently 33 weeks) I have just been feeling so ugly and "unsexy". I don't even feel beautiful anymore; no matter what cloths I wear, makeup etc. My boyfriend likes to watch action movies. In action R rated movies theres always sex and nudity. Of course he watches it. He always tells me it's not real etc but I just cant help getting depressed when that stuff comes on.

There are potential concerns about interactions between these two medications but the best thing to do is to discuss this with your psychiatrist or pharmacist. You could also go to the medication websites themselves and look under "drug interactions" and discuss that specific information with your psychiatrist. They would have a physician's only database where they would be able to find detailed information on this of course.
I you usually never drink but drank during December, your liver might have drastically over reacted to that as well. And you are right in that if you have a gluten intolerance/Celiacs, then eating gluten can cause a flare up of sorts, somewhere in your body.
