Common Questions and Answers about Differin take charge card

differin

Avatar f tn Dear doctor! How long can I use Differin (adaferin, adapalene)?
Avatar n tn Does anyone know how the charge will appear on the card statement.
Avatar f tn Ok so I have been prescribed differin gel for "acne" problems. I recently had a huge one with deep cyst (when i touch it i can feel hardness under the skin)...then it formed a white head and oozed a lot of pus (and some blood) after which it stopped being painful. My question is can I still keep on applying differin gel on top of the acne even though it's "broken" skin? The differin seems to help calm the inflammation pretty quick and dry it out...
Avatar f tn s the credit card companies that may charge an annual fee to make up for the lost revenue from their out of control charging. Obama isn't making annual fees a law. The new laws are a good thing and for the benefit of the people, not the credit card companies. I wouldn't be surprised if the credit card companies start charging annual fees immediately, so they can collect the fees and high interest before the law passes.
Avatar f tn asking up front if they take insurance may help...those that do take insurance r less likely to be in it for the dollars..course if u start up with a new dr u may have to pay those beginning fees again..kinda steep...and u have asked this dr to help u taper? and u can always taper urself..plenty of people on here can help and getting down to 4 mgs..and even 2 mgs is usually not so hard..it is getting down from there that people have probs with..
Avatar n tn Hello I went to go grab a sub today at a subway, and i kno this might sound stupid but I gave the lady my credit card to charge me, and I came home and ate its all fine but 6-9 hours later i was trying to get the dried mucus out my nose, and i might have scratched my nasal mucosa and it started bleeding, I was wondeering if my finger nails might have touched the credit card infected with hiv and the infected nail scratched inside my nose IS this a RISKKK???
Avatar f tn He provided me with some antibiotics and a gel called Differin.. Which is supposed to dry out your pimples and anything else concerning the " acne".. As I used the differin I did not notice any changes in the rash.. I went back after a while and my doctor decided to give me prednison for a week.. Which did ok.. the rash disappeared only to come back less than a week after finishing the prednison treatment..
Avatar n tn Is it normal to have such a reaction and if so, how can I help this heal, and how long will it probably take? By the way, I stopped applying the Differin when I got the reaction. Thanks.
Avatar m tn They offer a free trial for $1.99 then charge you $79.95 for a tube of toothpaste every month! Before you get a chance to cancel or if you don't return it within exactly 30 days your credit card has already been billed. You are also signed up for two other programs for a monthly fee! I have informed MH of this BOGUS company. I checked and they have 100's of complaints with the Fla dept of consumer affairs.
Avatar f tn Be careful on what you click on when doing so I wound up somehow with an $18 a month subscription for what I intended to be just a one time question. I used my credit card and after awhile this charge appeared on my card monthly. it took several phone calls and a threat to call the attorney general of our state to stop it. They always refunded my money when I caught them so be careful.
Avatar m tn I started using Differin in May, but I now realize Differin also contains Adapalene. Should I be worried about sun exposure while using Differin/adapaline? I noticed the container says not to use it on sunburns, but nothing about not using it in the sun. I use the cream at night, but I also realize that it's a long term treatment... and as such just because I use it at night, does not mean the sensitivity is gone in the morning/day.

3222049 tn?1361462376 I saw this site online and its called the honest company or something and they only charge the shipping which is $5. They will give you 7 days to unsubscribe, if you dont they will continue sending you the product and charge you $75 for it. Anyways, they have free samples of diapers and some baby products such us wipes and bottles. Any of you tried this before? I want to do it but I'm scared to give my CC info cause it might be a scam.
1632818 tn?1299941302 The cetaphil was fine, but the differin stung my face a bit at first. The doctor said it would take a while to get used to so I kept using it. Each day it got worse until today, when it was excruciating. My face was red and burning, it felt and looked like I had terrible sunburn all over my cheeks and in patches of my forehead. I washed my face and slathered it with the sunscreen that is usually soothing, but it stung this time.
Avatar m tn i also wash face with mild cleanser and apply moisturizer, after apply moisturizer on my nose still becomes more oily. I went to see the dermatologist and he given me the differin cream, differin also make my nose oily and did not stop the oil production, which is also not helping, i very hopeless right now. please help with my oily nose.

Avatar m tn Hello Claire, I was able to ask a question in that expert forum and my credit card was charged with a post date of 6/16/14 but the question has not showed up on the forum. Is there a lag between the charge going through and the actual question being posted?
Avatar f tn You didn't say how old your dog is - if old that could be the driving problem. I hope if you call your vet they will consider taking payments - you need to have a reason you can't put it on a charge card, vets can't stay in business if they don't usually get their "normal" fee. A charge would cost some interest but the dog depends on you. For sure take care that all pets are protected from hazardous material they might eat.
Avatar m tn Since I turned 25, I started getting pimples here and there. The acne worsened throughout the year into cystic acne on the cheeks when I moved overseas. I lived overseas for a year, then moved back to the states, where all my acne disappeared for two months. It returned again slowly, starting out with a small rash (which went away with Desonide Cream .05%), then milia/whiteheads all over my cheeks, and then red pimples with white pus spreading from my cheeks to my chin now.
Avatar f tn I have been ready to stop taking pain pills or any narcotic for 3 years now I have been on them for almost 15 years. Avatar f tn Hi I've recently been using differin gel, but about a week ago I started breaking out bad and decided to take a week long break from the gel to heal my skin. I was wondering if taking a week long break was a good idea or not?
Avatar m tn It seems that on the web they charge my credit card. So I assume they are considered the doctor in this case right? I am just wondering if there are reputable firms online because I dont want to go to my doctor for this. I used them once before and got neg results. But I want to go one more time.
